My order missing items not delivered but charges for the purchase . …

My order never came, although I was told it was delivered, it was not.
I sent a claim notice out that my order is missing. No one called and I was waiting for two weeks when my prints arrived without any contact from the company. The prints are great but the service left a lot to desire.

Great quality print!

Great first experience ordering from Desenio! The selection was great and prices were very fair - plus they were having a sale! Placing an order was super easy and delivery was quick. Quality of the print I ordered is very good / exactly as described. Looks great hanging above my bar cart! I will be ordering again and highly recommend to others.

I expected my art to arrive in a flat…

I expected my art to arrive in a flat carbonara covering. Instead it was rolled. It was difficult trying to put it in the frame and I had to add tape to it which has probably ruin the actual print now.
