I’ve ordered from here before and…

I’ve ordered from here before and didn't have this problem but due to the posters being rolled for transit, when I framed them this time, there were multiple creases in the paper still showing after framing. It was transported in the same way as my first order so I’m not sure why I didn’t have this problem the first time but do now.

I am happy with the product quality but…

I am happy with the product quality but I was not delivered everything I ordered. As the matter of fact, as all my prints were part of various collages that I used for my Model Home Project, I had to install incomplete collages.
Still not sure how will I deal with that and if I will get a refund for items not supplied.

Amazing selection of art…

My order arrived quickly and extremely well packaged to avoid any damage to the prints. I was very excited to have them framed and up on my walls.
The only difficult part was searching through the huge selection of prints on offer lol.
I highly recommend Desenio for your artwork needs.

I loved the prints but delivery needs improvement

I loved the prints! But was so disappointed about the delivery of the items. Took too long, and I would have expected a better estimate about delivery times atleast. It’s better to know, than not to know.

Was dissatisfied to see that the size…

Was dissatisfied to see that the size of the picture included a large white border. It should have been made more clear that all pictures include a white order. The frames purchase for these pictures already have a matting, and the matting is not the same colour as the white border in the picture. Definitely feeling like I was cheated and the pictures don’t have the look that we want in the room. Will likely sub out for something else from a different company.
