Amazing Vegan Brownies!! Good quality conscious treat - the ordering process was smooth and I was impressed by the fast delivery. Ordered a variety box for my boyfriend and had to get a box for myself - I demolished mine on arrival and sulked whilst he enjoyed his! Will definitely be ordering again.

I am always happy to support small business and I had a good discount offer emailed to me. I am also amazed that these are vegan, my husband and I think they are delicious, the delivery and the packaging were flawless. The only criticism I would have would be that in the "box for us" I found that 2 of the 4 brownies were smaller ( maybe the cutting was just a smidge off) and overall the brownies are small, but in all fairness they do tell us the size on the website. I would order again as a treat.
EDIT: As per the reply below, the customer service is excellent I didnt expect the personal reply at all or as quickly, but I will be more than happy to support this business in future.

Found on Facebook product and since I like Brownie very much decided to order .had to follow up order but they arrived the next day.On opening them I found they were very small taste nice but more like rich chocolate cake not brownie very spongy and not gooey like brownie normally is.These are very expensive for what you get although I had 25% off my first order would not buy again

Inconsistent at best
Sent the first box - very bad quality but wasted £13. They send a much nicer 2 tiny piece comp box. So paid £6.50 per brownie. Then gave me a £5 voucher. Bought brownies as a gift - at least I was able to use their voucher somehow. Inconsistent quality . So much nicer brownies around. Dont believe the hype if you ask me but of course each to their own.
This is just my experience and my opinion.

We have tried to make up for any inconvenience caused by reshipping complimentary brownies as well as offering a unique £5 voucher, which has been subsequently used. Your feedback stating "unacceptable customer service" has left the team rather muddled.

Delicious Brownies! Amazing texture, really tasty, cooked to perfection, speedy delivery and overall really enjoyed them! They were slightly smaller than I expected but you have to appreciate the quality of the brownies and how currently to create something really perfect and vegan the ingredients are more expensive. Very underwhelming
Very underwhelming. The packaging is lovely but the contents are disappointing the texture is not very brownie like (gooey) it's more cake like. And the brownies are very small. With 15% off they were still overpriced. Other places such as konditor and cook, do nicer products.
