I have used Dial123 for years, to call South Africa. It is so convenient, reliable, cheap and easy. Having just one number to dial really helps keep things simple. It's great that your credit never expires, so no worries about losing money if you don't make a call for ages. I strongly recommend the service. 10/10

I have family in New Zealand in a residential home so I can only ring them. Dial 123 is quick, easy and very reasonable

I have been using this app for the last 4 years and would never think of switching to anything else. The best feature is that you can register all the family phones (landline and mobile) on one account and make international calls from any of the phones (to landlines and mobiles). The next best feature is that you do not have to dial the full number as you are allocated a local direct dialling number for each contact which you can manage through their website by editing exiting or adding new ones; I have saved these number under the contact by customised name i.e. MumDIAL123 and can just click on that to contact her directly without the hassle of entering long numbers! It has made international calling really convenient and adding funds is also extremely easy. I have seen that some people carry extra handset to call via Lyca or Lebara sim but with Dial123, you need to carry any other handsets. If there is an international number that you haven't registered, you get a local number to dial and then the new international number followed by # key to make the call. You can then add this number to your directory of international number by going online and get a local number so that you don't have to dial the long numbers. Thank you Dial123 for all this convenience; I am a happy customer!

Only any good if using a mobile phone because the access number advertised doesn’t work and neither does the helpline number. You can message with customer services but they are most unhelpful. Avoid!

Never had a problem with the line dropping. Cheap calls, I use it to call anyone when abroad as adding a number is easy.
