Dial 123 has saved me a fortune over the past few years since I discovered the site. Previously phoning Australia direct and ending up with horrendous phone bills, now I can happily talk with relatives for hours at very little cost. What a find it was!

Your app is not straight forward. I always have problems , whenever I top up am unable to make calls even though my account already showed it has been credited, am still unable to make make calls and am constantly getting message that I do not have credit. I will have to also send series of mails to your customer services to let them know that I have topped up it's very frustrating to have to chase up customer services 3 days after topping up for them to allow you make calls I also noticed that the credit runs quickly. Also they send emails for £10 extra bonus when one top up but they do not apply it. There is no customer services number to call to speak with someone. The service is not straight forward

Absolutely and totally impressed with dail123. I used them for the first time today to phone from UK to USA and then to Belgium. Both calls connected instantly and clearly and the cost was pence. Full marks.

I use Dial123...
Dial123 provides me with a stress-free, cost effective way of communicating with my friends and family overseas. I am mainly calling Italy, Canada, and Portugal and I have had no issues for the years I have been using the service. I have also set-up my 84yr old mother to use it via her landline, and it has been particularly useful that she only needs to dial one number when calling. I think the minute rates are very competitive for the countries I call. On the one occasion I needed help from customer support, they were quick to respond and the problem was resolved just as rapidly. I recommend Dial123 for ease of use, value, and reliability. Thanks.
