I've been using Dial123 for about 5 years now, and though my use is only sporadic, it has been exceptionally helpful. The credit doesn't expire and it can be accessed from any phone, not requiring a dedicated sim or app. Because each overseas number is assigned a UK proxy, this can be shared with friends and family, who can benefit from your Dial123 account without needing to open their own. The price is fantastic - I usually pay more by making mistakes with my mobile phone provider and accidentally ringing premium rate numbers than it costs to use Dial123 for hours of chat!

I have calculated that this service has saved us over £100 in a year over the rip off BT international calling we had previously. My wife calls France every week and we have friends in New Zealand and America.

Absolutely terrible experience with this company ! Like buying something from ghosts you'll pay to use a service that doesn't exist with this company you'll get literally nothing but grief and ignoring. Once you've paid you won't see your money back unless you've used PayPal or something similar. no service is provided. How this company operates is absolutely shocking.
I'm not too sure how this company managed to get "good reviews" on trust trustpilot but I personally don't trust any of them after my experience. BE WARNED!!

Latest update: since I paid for the card using PayPal, now PayPal refunded me the full amount after investigating and after this company wouldn't even communicate with me or with PayPal.
I'll be reporting this company to trading standards to see the legitimacy of it and legitimacy of their actions towards customers when they pay for a service that doesn't exist

Brilliant service at an excellent Price. I have family living overseas and Dial 123 makes it so cheap to phone them. Entirely reliable service that seldom fails, unlike some internet based alternative services.

The best ever at a bargain rates overseas calling service. I stopped using all other services. It is not only at lower rates but sound quality is number 1 and easy to see your balance and duration of calls. No hidden surprises. I highly recommend this service.
