Promises payment but doesn't deliver
This company has apparantly stopped paying out for completed surveys and consultations. I completed a survey over two months ago and the project manager gave wishy-washy answers about payment afterward, and then stopped responding to me altogether. I have been approached by several other project managers, and when I indicate interest in a project they are very responsive. But as soon as I bring up the missing payment, they disappear and stop responding and I'm not longer a candidate for their project. Very shady! Be warned before you spend your time doing anything for them, you might not actually get paid!

Frankly I must admit that I enjoyed every bit discussed in friendly atmosphere.
Questions asked were important for the overall business and certainly good for the company.
My interviewers were good and asked questions pertaining the mill , Crop , Suppliers and mill utilization etc.

Poor follow up
Reached out, they wanted me to urgently hop on a call to discuss everything - as it was a high priority project. Over the weekend I signed the contract. Then radio silence up until this day.
Update: Dialectica has responded to my message on Trustpilot, but has yet to respond on my email to below mentioned support team.
