Amazing service and help for an anxious buyer who needed support at every step, a mark went above and beyond, they maybe 98 mile from my home but that more than made up for the service. So much so when my son needs his next car he’s already said he will be going back to them. 5 stars it should be more

I decided to trust yet another online car finance company, after a bad experience.
I spoke to Mark who was very helpful and understanding of my stress and anxiety of buying a car this way. Approved car sourced and agreed. Excited to be back on the road, waited and waited a month went by. Id explained that I needed to pick the car up before June the 24th due to work commitments after till September.
First payment came out on the 5th June still no car. Id spoken to Richard and Mark with regards to the hold up. 18th June Mark called to say the car had been at the main dealers with a fault which cant be fixed by them. So that was that. They agreed to do a revert of the finance agreement. Its now at the end of August ive made so many calls to Direct Car Credit never speaking to Mark or Richard or the lady manager i think her name is Heather, as always in a meeting or busy alway on the forecourt, the receptionist who really could not care less always said they would call me back but yes no call no nothing. Ive been lied to and cast a side. Customer service is shocking when its not in the companies favour.
Im still paying for a car i was suppose to have brought from this garage back in April. Ive never seen the car or sat in the car or even touched the car. YET im STILL the one who's paying for the car. Ummm tread carefully

Poor after sales , I’ve had nothing but problems with the van they’ve offered to have the van back but at an expense of 45p per mile so it’ll end up costing me money to give it back. Avoid like the plague

First things first ignore the negative reviews. If your buying a car from the guys you are likely buying g a second hand car and therefore not a brand new car meaning the may be issues along the way as with any car.

First off Richard was fab, helped us choose a car and delivered it himself the same night he was due an awfully long drive on holiday down south, but he wanted to make sure we got the car. It’s a great little car any work needed it had done. He reassured us any issues give them call and they will sort it.

Now we did have an issue, and in the teams defence they would never have know until driving it, it was simply just one of them things. But guess what…. They sorted it and fixed the issue and had the car delivered back to us. They also needed to order a cosmetic piece of the car and they sorted that too and had it delivered directly to us.
We didn’t have to complain we just had to give them the chance and opportunity to do so. Don’t get me wrong some of the reviews on here had us a little worried, but rest assured these guys are fair, reasonable and will make sure you get the car and service you have paid for.
Special thanks to Richard, Niki and Heather for being spot is with us. We sure will be using you again and won’t hesitate to recommend you.
