I used Discover Car Leasing for my new car lease and my previous lease and I had a great experience both times. I dealt with Toby each time and he kept me updated and was responsive to any queries I had. I would also add that Discover were unbeatable on price for both of my cars, so I would definitely recommend reaching out to them if you're in the market for a new lease!

Pretty poor service from DCL and Toby in particular.

Ordered a Skoda in June, told lead time is early October and only ordered the car due to the lead time, as current lease expired in November.

I've had one update since June, and that was because I chased in September. At that point I was told car will be delivered in November. I waited until December, no communication so had to chase on multiple occasions to even get a response around the delays.

I'd expect updates throughout the process and not having to constantly chase up, the least you'd expect is for your expectations to be managed appropriately.

I've ordered cars before elsewhere and had updates weekly!
