I have 10 connections in our company.here I got one connection problem as signal lost so I registered a complaint two weeks ago they closed my complaint by not giving any intimation the customer support is WORST. Every now and then their relay goes blank. It takes numerous calls and follow up just to register the complaint. Even after complaint is registered, nothing happens if you don't follow up. Although they say your complaint will be resolved within 24 hours, nothing happens from Two weeks. Only if you follow up relentlessly, things will move after 3 days same situation repeats from two weeks. now they given one dealer to book a technician such a reckless customer service support and whole management were fraud I fed up with these registering of complaints
Their customer support executives are so bad, they don't hesitate even disconnecting your phone call while you are explaining them your problem. If you call back, they will insist you repeat the whole story all over again. This drama goes on for several calls, and they will frustrate you to the core.
I feel DishTV intentionally disrupts the relay so to be able to loot you through "service charges" for attending your complaint.
If you are considering to buy DTH service, never even give some consideration to DishTV. They are cheaters and their customer support is WORST.

They don't tell the truth about pricing and promotion discounts. The package I have has well over 35 shopping channels. A substantial number of the remaining channels have a large portion of their programming as infomercials. PPV, music and on damand make up an overwhelming majority of what you pay for. Very little actual TV shows are available to watch

It's been an year and I really want to share my frustration and would be glad if it can help someone. I've never seen any other service worse than this.
The website they are running is a crap. Nothing is clear in that. Very confusing. Confusing Navigations. Difficult(thin and hidden scroll bars and can see only when we hover- it took time for me to figure out that there is a scroll bar) scroll bars, sometimes we cannot even scroll- I had to copy the entire page and paste it in a notepad++ to see what is there down the page. I would have fired the person who designed this website if I can. After investing lot of time to understand the website and choosing what we want, sometime our choices would vanish, sometimes it ends up with an error.

When ever I check with support team why do we get errors in the website, the common answer we get is - “there must be a technical issue, wait for sometime and then try”. When there are so many technical issues and it is frustrating the customer, why the hell you won’t correct it. Why should I wait to avail the service when I am paying. Will they wait for even a single day if we fail to pay the bill.
The greatest ever customer support. Greatest thing about them is - they won't understand what we are saying. if we ask them to transfer the call to their peers or their supervisors, they disconnect the call. Sometimes supervisor SIR is busy and he won't receive the call. If by any chance SIR picks the call, he hardly understands what we are trying to say. If we ask them to escalate the issue there is no value to it, forget about taking actions against it.
I reckon, cost wise it is a bit high though I didn't compare with other networks. But service wise, stupid!

The worst service I ever seen before. It's became 4 days I am calling them again n again to re-install my dish TV, but they didn't take any step for it yet The worst customer care service I ever seen before! every time they say senior will call you back, but I never got any call back from them yet. They are giving commitment to get the thing done by 24 hrs, It became 48 hrs, but not even a single call from them, I called them atleast 10 times. Don't go for Dish Tv ,they will be faster when you are taking new connection because you are purchasing product from them, but afterwards it's horrible and I would like to say it harassment.

• The Dish tv is committing one criminal act after another so fearlessly and in such a manner and style before which even the hardened criminals will feel themselves too small. This is what is shown in its following deeds.
Dish tv sold its two new connections to me on 19.12.2018 @ Rs. 1399/- each in which 1 month's subscription for best HD Channels was included . The VC Nos. of the new connections were 02513731226 and 02541540023 . These were child connections of main connection which had VC No. 02513098011.
• Despite having charged 1 month’s subscription for providing best HD channels on the above 2 connections, Dish tv did not provide the same to me. With this its first fraud and cheating in the case was witnessed .

• For denying providing free HD channels , the Dish tv falsely stated in its mail dated 10.1.2019 to me that it had already provided HD channels pack free for 1 month by 30.12.2018 itself when only 11 days had passed after the new connections were purchased on 19.12.2018.

• When I complained against the Dish tv for its not providing HD channels on new connections free for 1 month the Dish tv in the name of attending the complaint sent its man to my premises and he fraudulently and without my authority changed my Bharat pack with ad on HD channels to “Swagat Pack “ with ad on HD channels which is about 3 times more costlier than the pack I had. It was on “Swagat Pack” which was slapped upon me fraudulently that HD channels were provided on new connections and this way I was defrauded and cheated for the 1 month subscription for HD channel pack which was charged in the cost of Rs. 1399/- each of the two connections on one hand and for having been put on costlier Dish tv pack on the other .
The other act of fraud and cheating of Dish tv was witnessed by me when on my asking it to issue me valid receipts for the two connections it sold to me @ Rs. 1399/- each, it in its mail dated 10.1.2019 refused to issue the same. This showed that the Dish tv by collecting huge amounts from customers and others without issuing valid receipts for the same and thereby not accounting for it, was evading tax on the same and raising huge stocks of black money.
The complaints against the above crimes of the Dish Tv were made to the concerned authorities . But instead of getting alarmed by it, the Dish tv demonstrated further acts of fraud, cheating , extortion in as much as that despite my asking it to provide me channels of my choice in place of its costly “Swagat pack” slapped on me at least from the new month and charge me for the same accordingly, it stated that I was in lock in period for its “Swagat pack “ upto 28.2.2019 and till then no change in my plan could be effected on my connections. I sent various mails to Dish tv as to how it was so when neither I signed any agreement with Dish tv to have its swagat pack upto 28.2.2019 nor I could otherwise be asked to pay for something which I did not want to view and which was not of my choice.
Then the Dish tv tried to befool me that whatever I was saying has not yet been made possible even as per TRAI rules as the same have to come into force only w.e.f. 1.2.2019 . I said how even TRAI can force me to have any particular plan of DTH operator and pay for that according to his wishes. I refused to pay for “Swagat pack” of Dish tv for the coming month services whereof had yet to be provided by Dish tv and asked it to provide channels of my choice and only then I will pay in advance for this. To extort the money for those channels of “Swagat Pack” which I did not want to have , the Dish tv disconnected my all connections and made me to pay it Rs. 967/- for it even when the amount for channels of my choice was Rs. 595/- It was such a daring criminal act in continuation of the similar others before it committed by Dish tv, to indulge into which hardened criminal too would have thought thousands time before committing them.
The above acts of earning black money without issuing valid receipts for the money received in millions by Dish tv, not providing HD channels for which it charges 1 months subscription in advance in the cost of its new connections, creating fake requests from the side of customers to burden them with its costlier plans in place of the plans they were having earlier, using extortionists activities to extort the money for costlier connections slapped upon the connections by disconnecting their existing connections and thereby leaving them with no alternative other than paying it the extortion amount to get their deactivated connections activated . are few of its daring criminal acts on which the concerned authorities are sleeping.
Not only this, after extorting Rs. 967/- from me for the so called “Swagat pack” slapped upon me on 14.1.2019 , the Dish tv is now slowly and slowly withdrawing channels of the Swagat pack with ad on HD channels of the same and against pack of Rs. 967 /- it has reduced the same to give me channels only of Rs. 636/- . This has been done in the name of requests allegedly made by me even when even a mad person would not request for providing channels of Rs. 636/- against his paid amount of Rs. 967/- . Further more how could I seek any change in the status of my connection after making complaints against Dish tv for its slapping its costly pack on me against the pack which I opted with less rate . My making request to change the status of my connection and allowing it to be now brought it to the lower pack will mean that I am not interested to pursue my complaints which I made against Dish tv on the matter which I do not want after having so much harassment and humiliation.
Now the complaints have been made by me to the CBI, TRAI, Tax authorities , Hon’ble corporate Minister and awaiting their action on the same before proceeding against the above crimes of the Dish Tv in competent courts of law. Before that be guided from the above criminal acts of Dish tv not to believe it for any of its services for avoiding becoming victims of its above daring crimes like me, Let it also be noted that when Dish tv has fearlessly proceeded to defraud, cheat and loot a senior civil and criminal lawyer and faculty of law like me then what way an ordinary citizen can escape the same. I am writing this review after frustrating 4+ bad experiences with dish TV customer care. All of them did not solved in 24 hours as they promise. Each ticket will take more than 4 days and 10 or more follow ups. And each follow up take 40-50 minutes on call as they will put your call on hold for half of the time when you call. And worst thing is that the number is not toll free and you will be charged for the same. And after that they will give you fake hopes to resolve your issue, but nothing will happen and your one day wasted again.
Till these all the thing were happening I didn’t complain for anything, but this time it would become worse than ever. I will explain you the whole scenario day wise.
Day1:
It was around 3.45 pm, I was watching a movie and suddenly tv signal went. I thought there might be some weather or technical issues and I switched off the tv. After 4 hours I again started the tv and same issues. I had called to customer care, the guy at next end provided me some guidance to resolve the issue as the error 303 was there. But nothing happened. Then he suggested me to technician visit is required with 200+gst charges. I opposed that why should I pay the same as I did not do anything with it, it gets closed automatically. He told sir if you want get it resolved you have to pay charges. I told them I don’t want this visit I will change my operator. He transferred the call to senior department and he also suggest me the same and I refused it again. And send the whole thing to dish tv via my dish tv app in write to us section that I am not going to continue with dish tv.
Day2:
In morning around 9.40 am, I had received a call from a lady with dish tv senior department. Again she was trying to convince me to pay 200 rs but on refusing she was telling me to we are waving off 100 rd, you just pay 100 rs. I again refused not to pay a single rupee then she told ok we will send the technician with free of cost. I told if the thing get resolved then and only then tell me the thing I faced lots of problem earlier with each ticket raised, she ensured me that sir you will get call in one hour from technician. Whole day passed but no call no resolution. I top up that ticket again with no solution.
Day3:
A next day local customer care lady called me and told you will get a call from technician today for sure. Due to I was driving I couldn’t pick up his call. After sometime when I called on same number, technician told you did not receive the call i came at some else place. Now I will come after 7.30 pm. I waited for him, but he did not come and I called up him at 8.40 pm. He told me coming in half an hour. Again he did not come and I called him, he told will come tomorrow morning 11.00 am for sure.
Day4:
I did not do anything and waited for him till 2.00 pm. On his unavailability I called again on his number 3 times but he did not pick up the call. I had number of local dish tv customer care operator from which she called, I called on that number again. She told me he was the technician of another area I will send another technician to solve your issue. I started waiting for him but no one visited. I called on the same local customer care number, but now that number is also showing switched off. I top up that ticket again that I am not going to use this service, and I had already contacted to other DTH operator.
Day5:
Around 3 pm, I got a call from technician that I am coming at your place. I told him that I had already raised a request to xyz DTH operator to set up a connection. He told ok and disconnect the call. Suddenly I received a call again from a lady who is local customer care executive telling that sir why did you tell him no to come. I told that you were supposed to send technician yesterday and without informing you switched off the phone. She told sir that was the half day, I told her you at least inform us about it. I told her I do not want to use this service again, I will use another DTH operator, she told ok you don’t want to use than we are not free to provide service to you. Such a rude behavior from her.
PS:Every dish tv employee is doing nothing except giving stupid excuses for doing nothing including senior department employees. If they use their brain in doing work which they use in giving excuses, they will be a better service provider. I can assure you that dish tv will become a past very soon if they are working like this. They can not stay in the race with other good service providers who are working with punctuality.

I was a happy TataSky existing customer when I did one of the worst mistakes I did ever,to think of installing DishTv instead Tatasky,which lasted for only 6 days,then I moved back to TataSky immediately. They don't even have Music active on one of their Top HD Set top box,interface is pathetic,picture quality not up to the mark. I was told that my VC number's remaining amount 02513287403 will be transferred to my another VC num ie 01525837046,but the cancellation team denied and I was fighting with them for more than an hr but in vain,the customer service team is even worst and was very rude and adamant and did not listen to me at all and was going around in circles n not giving any resolution to it. Very Satisfied With Dish
I switched to Dish TV after having been a Time Warner Cable (Spectrum) customer since it began serving our area over thirty years ago. I had no problems with cable, except I wanted to record shows and I could not get that option without an exorbitant increase in my monthly cost and the purchase of another piece of equipment,
The Dish install was quick and easy, and the installer, Joel, even gave me a tutorial about the system. I had a concern about cables hanging down the side of my home, but Joel hid the cables by tacking them alongside a bay window on the side of my home, and they are not visible at all.
It has only been five days since the install, and I am still discovering all the benefits of having Dish TV. I installed the My Dish app and can watch tv on my iPhone or iPad when away from home.....and I have a movable unit on one tv that I can take to rooms where there is no permanent set-up, as in my music room and screen porch.
If you believe the saying, "You can't teach an old dog new tricks," think again! I'm 74 and loving the change.
DONT GIVE DISH A CENT OF YOU'RE MONEY. THEY ARE CRIMINALS!
The awful service began on day one when I paid DISH TV $200 to install a flat panel TV in my Bedroom. The tech showed up with no work order for a install of a flat panel and didn't have the mount to even install it. At that time I cancelled the flat panel install and to this day DISH has not refunded me that money! Second, I transferred my service from one residence to another in order to simply complete my two year contract with Dish but apparently, without my knowledge, they renewed my contract at my new residence because I added a receiver. No one ever made us aware of this and I simply transferred my service so I could finish the last four months of my current contract without paying an early termination fee. So...I went to cancel my service two days ago and Dish informed me that I am under contract for another 15 months because I got the new receiver. I told them I never would have signed a new contract for two more years because I was just looking to end my service with Dish. Now they are saying I will owe $360 if I cancel. I told them I wanted proof of this new contract I signed and they were unable to provide one but still charged $360 on the credit card on file when I cancelled. When I told Dish I would dispute the charge with my CC company they told me to go right ahead. The two "Presidents of the company" that I spoke to both talked down to me with an arrogant attitude. This company treats their customers like garbage and they are flat out dishonest! I will never pay them another dollar of my money! I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE YOU STAY CLEAR OF DISH TV! DISH TV ARE CRIMINALS!

The Dish service is the best; half the price of cable and I live the programming lineup. You don't pay for what you don't use. Service and installation was second to none, very professional and courteous people. I would even recommend it to my ex wife. I was with dish for over eight years and retired and moved, the house I moved into was wired for cable so we went with that for six months. In that time, they raised the price twice and the channel selection was not very good unless you went with there 'gold' package. Then I was paying for so many channels I never used. Went back to Dish and happy I did.
