We had an issue with our poster. The Displate service team was very prompt and courteous with us. They resolved the issue completely to our satisfaction and incredibly quickly.
One item to note - we missed the fact that the price did not include Canadian VAT. The shipper won't release the shipment until that is paid. Maybe make that a little more clear on your website if you can. This is for improvement only - we are very satisfied with our purchase and the service we received.
I bought 1 medium and 2 small to start off with and was extremely impressed.so I have just received my second order off 7 small perfect size for all rooms in my home plus when I got a discount code was even better,can't wait till I find more on the displate site in near future,I love also that you can move them from one place to another.very happy customer.
Just received my 3 Japanese landscape plates today and I'm very happy with them. Packaged very professionally and instructions couldn't be simpler if your not sure what to do.Delivery was a bit late on the day but the driver had to revise his delivery route due to a blocked road so no one's fault. There is so much choice on the website,you may think the prices are a little high but I got a good discount and something unique will always carry a premium. If it's exactly what you want,then it's definitely worth investing. I'm pretty sure I will be ordering again in the near future, probably as a present. One last comment,your ritual dancing obviously pleased the delivery gods as my package arrived in perfect condition 🤣.

Ordered a poster as a gift. The communication was prompt and had humour, which made it feel more quirky and akin to dealing with small business rather than a faceless corporation. Some people might not appreciate the quirky response, but I felt it was more friendly than a generic we have your order, it's due on [insert date].
They accidently sent two copies of the poster and after a short email communication with their customer services they said to keep the extra one as a gift, it made the whole experience feel very smooth and painless.
Although the cost seems high, the quality and service makes up for it. Very pleased.

Reactive support. Their transporter had an internal exception with my delivery. I couldn't comunicate with them but the support could, and did it, updating me on any step resolving this exception. Until I get the package. Everything ended well and got good and packaging in perfect conditions.
Ordered this as a Christmas present, it arrived quickly and in great condition and it looked beautiful. Unfortunately the product fell down after a few months and was damaged, after a few days and a conversation with their customer support team I had a new one on the way. 5 star product and 5 star company

Their products are very high quality feel so premium and look surprisingly just like the photo u pick on your Displate very easy to set up and very good size on the medium ones ordered 4 Displates and they are all just like I wanted them to be the delivery is very quick as well 3-4 days and they are at your doorstep delivery makes it even better. I sent my daughter a gift and there was a problem with the delivery and the gift not being received. Displate was prompt, professional, and contacted the delivery company and got it all worked out. Looking forward to doing business with them again.
Gorgeous! Absolutely fab website, product, communications, packaging and delivery (UPS). Was blown away with the level of details in packaging and kit that comes with XL. Excellent to see that a company that has not only a fantastic quality product but also invests in the smallest of details. The depths of colour on the matte are superb and it looks as good as it did on the website.

Love the look of these posters, but very disappointed with the magnet adherence. These do not stay on our walls and continue to fall off causing damage to our floor boards. If you want to purchase more magnet adhesives then it costs more to ship them than what they are actually worth. Best to stick to a tried and true nail.

Please rest assured that our mounting system has been thoroughly tested under various conditions and on different wall textures. We advise to use it only on a clean, dry and degreased surface which is not textured. Please note that a Displate is safe on the wall only after following the instruction attached to the artwork.

I’ve ordered from Displate a few times now and haven’t been disappointed yet. I really like the idea of the new Textra finish and contacted them with a question about it and they replied to me quickly. Their customer service is great and their products are top notch. I do hope when it comes to the Textra finish that they will offer at least a small discount on it at least for Displate Club members.

I had an issue with one of my Displate posters as the poster was damaged during transit by DHL. As a first-time customer, I was worried about the replacement but the customer service was friendly and knowledgeable. They promptly replaced it without any hassle and the replacement arrived safe and sound in just two days. After that, I ordered three more posters, and everything arrived safely.

Quality is nice but they should do more against Scalping and Bots. It can't be that Ultra Limited Editions are sold out immediately after 10 minutes. They should be announced earlier. Maximum 1 per person & address & payment method. How do some people sell 2 or more ULE Displates on ebay? Please add a captcha when buying. Then possibly a queue with a random draw, or staggered releases, e.g. only draw 50-100 displates every day. As well as a "notify" function for a Limited Edition Displates as soon as it is released (e.g. 1h before). But the current tactic is probably intentional to trigger Fear of Missing Out in people, which is not very honourable.

While we are happy that you like the quality of our posters we are sorry that you are dissatisfied with the way the Ultra Limited Edition Displates are sold.
As you have noticed, these posters sold out very quickly. They are often bought up by the members of the Displate Club before the public release.
We would like to assure you that we are very saddened by such situations when despite the restrictions we introduced in the past, somebody purchases more than one copy of ULE Displate to resell it. Regrettably, once an order is placed we do not have any influence on what happens with such a poster after the purchase. We are genuinely sorry for that but we do hope you understand that such situations are beyond our control.
Nevertheless, we are truly grateful that you took the time to send us your valuable feedback on this matter and we have forwarded it to the relevant Department for future consideration in case there is anything that can be done about it.
