Dotsquares - Just Brilliant

I found Dotsquares on the internet after searching for a UK developer, which are few and far between. I was welcomed by Pankaj, a true professional, we talked through the project and came up with a total web solution. I was then seamlessly put in touch with Ahan, the web developer. His skill and experience resolved my database problem and the site was up and running again in no time. I was so impressed with this I costed up another job, a duplication of a Wordpress site. Raghvendra a developer / manager called me and we chatted about my needs. I am so impressed with the skill level I am offered at very reasonable prices, I cannot thank the Dotsquares team enough and will use them every time I need technical skills. Great job Dotsquares.

Never met people like this...

I’m giving 5* rating because I’ve been using very abusive language and was focusing on small problems compared to full experience I had. To an extend I started insulting their family and religion yet they kept calm even though I’ve been very horrible and using disgusting language. Every member that I communicated with via Skype or email or phone been very helpful and professional. Honestly, I’m not usually this bad person, I lost myself going through a lot of things.

I only wish I had found Dotsquares…

I only wish I had found Dotsquares sooner. I could write a book on the problems I had with the previous developer and my website. What they couldn't achieve in 5 months Raghvendra Goyal has completed in just 3 days. Raghvendra is a lovely guy and really cares about the quality of work and client relationship. Do yourselves a favour ..... these guys are ace!

Fitness App with Dotsquares

Dotsquares had an extremely efficient and professional process from the first point of contact right to the very end completion of the project. All members of Dotsquares in both the UK and India were excellent.

We were thoroughly impressed by the level of service they provided and in particular to Anirudh and the team (Devaki, Hemant, Jagdish) in India. They were both efficient and very friendly, always ready to answer any questions or problems we may have.

I would highly recommend Dotsquares for development. Despite being a young start-up company, the team understood our requirements and were accommodating. I look forward to continue working with Dotsquares, Anirudh and the team in the future.

Second to None Company in Expertise and Service!

I have had an outstanding experience with Dotsquares from the beginning. They have worked on a couple of projects for me. My most recent job was managed my Nishant Tiwari who showed exemplary leadership in getting the tasks that I set completed well before the deadline. This is proof of great management skills and testament to sound project planning. Nishant is a valuable asset to this company.

The two developers that worked under Nishant’s direction were Ahan Kumar and Vikas Sharma. Both went ‘all out’ and exceeded my expectations in resolving issues with my project whilst completing the work to very high standards. I found Ahan to be a very skilled and exceptional developer and Vikas showed ‘out of the box’ thinking and initiative along the way to provide solutions that saved a great deal of time. Making it possible for me to meet the tight deadline that I had.

There were plenty of times when it was clearly evident to me that all three cared about my project just as much as I did and always looked to provide solutions whilst going the ‘extra mile’ to accomplish results that I would be happy with. Any changes and feedback that I had for them were promptly addressed with a ‘can- do’ attitude which is something that is rarely seen these days.

Being capable and having the expertise to get the job done is one thing, but for me personally, high quality work, especially when done in a timely manner, speaks volumes. Especially when it alleviates any stress or anxiety for me, knowing that the job will be done right with results enabling me to retain my business’s reputation in delivering great work.

I had a positive experience working…

I had a positive experience working with Dotsquares to develop my website followrock.com

I designed the original concept for the site but realised I would need help to create the back end functionality. I contacted Dotsquares and was linked with Pran Kumar and Nishant Tiwari. They understood my vision and were able to create a site that looks great and functions well.

It was a risk paying full price upfront, but the team worked hard and provided me with daily updates on what they had done that day. The level of communication was very high. At the end of the project, they made sure I was happy with everything before signing off the job was complete. I’m not sure the actual number of hours they spent on my project but I I feel that after all the times I requested changes/ modifications they ended up doing a lot more work than what they originally quoted for.

Great outsourcing experience - Thanks to Raghvendra Goyal

I am a UK based fullstack developer who has been working at capacity now for a few years and turning down work, so not really seeing business growth. I decided I needed to switch my roles to managing projects instead of doing the work. Over the last couple of months I have been testing different Indian based outsourcing companies for web development. Previous companies have left me doubting if this is the best route for my business. However I seem to have now found the right business partner to help me grow my business. The communication and project management from Raghvendra Goyal has been great and also happy with the quality of the developers. Raghvendra has also helped me with quite a detailed proposal for big project which l have won and look forward to starting work very soon. Over the coming months I have many other projects to come. I have given 5 starts based on the end…

I have given 5 starts based on the end result. It been a tough few months and it’s not easy explaining your vision but over the time I feel like the team knew how I work and how I think. They started using their own initiative to help out. I would say there was moments where I wanted to just pack up and go because I felt like I was explaining myself Over and over again. I was a little disappointed that smallest of things come at a price. As it’s not mentioned in the estimate to start with costs increase along the way. Maybe I should have known better. However, saying that the team have been excellent. Ashu is an amazing developer and he has gone out of his way to fulfill my demands. He has stayed back after work on many occasions to make sure he finishes the task. Easy to communicate and very professional. I would highly recommend him. Once again, chirag is a genius. He gets work done fast and says “here you are, all done” thinks outside the box and gave me some ideas too.

Overall it has been an amazing journey with lots to take back. I would highly recommend and take into account that the vision needs to be clear and the team need to see and believe in your product. Then will you see the best results. I feel like I have got the best out of them all. I forgot to mention ajay. What a designer he is. Love that guy.

Another great job!

Having previously worked with Dot Squares, due to their excellent performance, I had no hesitation to work with them. Once again they performed brilliantly on our latest web project. Raghvendra, Ahan and the team worked diligently to get the project completed on time, provided daily updates and were always available to answer questions where required. Shopify theme website

I'd agree with another review on here - the sales team are very good at selling, the delivery team are another story. I'd say there was a language barrier at best.

Although we're kind of there with the site, I've had to do quite a lot of the changes myself, and the client still isn't 100% happy.

The delivery team was fairly quick to respond on Skype, however don't bother asking more than one question at once, wait for them to respond to one question and then ask them another.

I encountered quite a bit of frustration along the way - starting off with the kickoff call where it was hard to follow the accent/language barrier.

Sold a cheap WP template site with over 100 remarks and issues when tested.


I have used Dotsquare before and decided to work with them again and trusted them. It was a mistake. A process of failed functionality, over 100 remarks in the test protocol, empty promises, and mistakes followed.

What was a costly prototype turned out to be a WP template that was released without being fully tested, not working after upgrades and a company that gives no guarantees. The worst is that I can't even upgrade WordPress. Not recommended.


There is also a problem with updates and future compatibility. The project doesn't seem possible to update as promised in the contract. This means that the plugin may not work with some woocommerce plugins in future updates.

Hi Valdemar, at the very beginning we outlined the scope of the project in the estimation, which included the ready made theme from Wordpress. Since then there were further changes to your project that you required which changed the project timeline. To try and provide complete customer satisfaction the Team Manager & Relationship Manager agreed for a fair bit of work to be completed for free without charging you for this. Since then you have asked us to upgrade the WP theme for free on many occasions which is unreasonable knowing that we work on a time and materials basis. This review has been triggered from us saying no to the latest request for free work.

I had an excellent experience with Dot…

I had an excellent experience with Dot Squares. Our London based agency has been looking for a new development company that we can use for our future web and app projects. Working with them for the first time we found the DS team easy to work with. They provided us with daily updates on our project and were always available to answer questions when needed. They took on our feedback very well and implemented our project in a timely manner, with all relevant amends, to a very high standard. I won't hesitate using them again for any future projects! Thanks guys!

I struggle to believe the positive…

I struggle to believe the positive reviews of this company as it is so far removed from my own experience. Dotsquares were great at selling their services, just shockingly bad at delivery. Slow, unresponsive, incapable of meeting deadlines, inefficient, with shoddy coding and poor design. I had to abandon the mess of a site they created and pay someone someone else to create it again from scratch. What was delivered was a million miles away from what was promised at the sales pitch, was also extremely slow and full of errors. The UK Project Manager was clearly working on far too many projects to give ours any time and gave little care and attention to the quality of work. The company force customers to pay upfront for everything so its virtually impossible to get comeback when things go wrong. Was tempted to take them to small claims court for failure to deliver a functioning website, but decided to put it down as a learning experience and move on. Don't make the same mistake I did. Avoid!

Used this company to build me a website and sort out a complete mess another developer left me with, what can I say but thank You, they did a great job from start to finish and did everything I asked for, I've read reviews both mixed and can honestly say I had a great experience with this company.
