Chin strap didn’t fit and I did measure…

Chin strap didn’t fit and I did measure my head the way the directions said to. Very expensive for a chin strap. Glad I was able to fight to get a refund. Would not recommend!

Wrong size

The wrong size was sent out from the warehouse.
Customer service/Support representative Edwin has been great about getting this corrected. He is sending out the correct size

Great chin strap

I have 3 Knightsbridge chin straps: 2 premium and 1 deluxe. I was just between sizes with the premium so ordered a large and found it a little big so ordered a medium which seems to fit better. I use both and switch out when I am cleaning one. I ordered a deluxe which is OK but I think I like the medium premium the best of the 3. Having said that these are very comfortable chin straps and I would highly recommend them.

I just placed my second order

I just placed an order for my second chin strap. I don't want to be without one while it is in the laundry. I have tried other styles and think this is a far superior design in terms of comfort. I got tired of waking up with a dry mouth and my wife doesn't appreciate the snoring. These chin straps go a long way to solving both issues.

As a side note, I screwed up when ordering and found the customer service to be top notch. They were quick and responsive.

Edwin is truly amazing and an outstanding employee of Knightsbridge. He has been so kind and helpful to me during my first purchase of the Air Deluxe chin strap and, when it was too big and I needed a smaller size, but, didn’t have the funds to get the smaller size, he went out of his way and purchased it for me as a gift. I’ll never forget that. That made me so happy and I can’t say enough good things about Edwin. Truly appreciative of him and his amazing customer service.

The openings for the ears are too…

The openings for the ears are too small--which caused my ears to have some skin sores and wrinkles on the lower lobes. And, I can not seem to get the straps tightned correctly to prevent jaw-drop/dry-mouth.

It works while I sleep!

This best and easiest way to keep my mouth shut while I sleep. Comfortable and I set just like I like it. I can trust it to work while I sleep.

Won't work unless you have a long and flat chin, with no adam's apple.

There are a few things that you should know before buying this. The main issue is that the band that goes under your chin is rough and wide and won't fit if you have an adam's apple or a chin that isn't long and flat underneath. If either applies to you, then it will add pressure to your throat and it will feel like you are suffocating. That was a dealbreaker for me, but the product is not refundable of course. There are a couple other issues that I experienced: The velcro will make a loud noise and wake your partner up. The head netting is also quite annoying as it traps heat because your hair is compressed flat underneath it.

Worst shipping and help I've ever received

I ordered the chin strap a full month before it finally shipped and I still don't have it. The worst and least helpful customer support trying to get what I paid for. Zero accountability or indication it matters in the least. Never again ordering from this horrendous company.

I’ve never had a worse experience

I ordered it on 10/14, and have not received it. I’ve been in contact with someone named Edwin multiple times, who keeps telling me that it’s been sent to Shopify and should be shipping in a few days, or a week, or…never?? Edwin’s assurances mean nothing, apparently. Days, now weeks, have passed with no product and no communication.

In addition, I had to reach out to get any information at all. No one from the company ever reached out to let me know there were shipping problems.

Well, here I am a month later with no chinstrap in hand, and no refund.

19 days and no product

19 days and no product. i ordered oa replacement from another company, and received that chin strap in 4 days. i did get a response from my 1st email i sent knightsbridge, saying that an employee was sick. i should have asked for a refund then. i have sent several emails now and no answer, no refund and no product.

i should add, this is a GREAT product and have owned 2 already. now i just wish i could get a new one. i'm starting to regret my purchase.
