Chin strap is painful!!!
It hurts my ears and my forehead from pulling downward so hard to keep my jaw up enough to stop air leaks and anaphasia. It was too expensive and I now regret the purchase. I can't use it, or return it!!!
I guess I'm going back to standard elastic chinstraps.

Great product. Costs a bit more, but works better. This is the second one I have purchased. I like the options they finally came up with as well so now you have several choices.

This is by far the best headgear to help keep the mouth shut at night.nothing works for me and this strap works well. Not 100% but pretty good!

Chin Strap works as advertised, pretty much eliminated dry mouth and I realize a much better mask fit with the air fit F30-I.

It does not fit very well and will not stay in place overnight. Size chart may be off .

I’m not happy with the fit of my chin strap. I measured the circumference of my head as instructed and ordered accordingly. This measurement didn’t take into consideration the height of my forehead and consequently the cap covers my eyes making it quite uncomfortable. Perhaps I need a smaller size but there was no indication on your instructions to consider other measurements.

I ended up having to order an xl by 1 inch. I FEEL like the straps are too long. I have to Velcro them rather high to get this thing in place. Because the hook side of the Velcro - which isn’t medical grade by the way - is on the head side - not the strap side - it also likes to try to grab into the headgear straps for my f20 and f30.

When you try to snug down the elastic strap to get good tension so your mouth doesn’t flap open in your sleep, it causes the whole freaking thing to try to shift forward on your head.. and given this thing feels almost too big, I wind up with this thing trying to cover my eyes. You tighten the back, and there’s nothing in the front to offset it. And again.. the hook fastener is on the main body, not on the strap.. so it tries to interfere and grab onto the straps of my headgear.

While it is mesh.. which makes it breathable.. it’s really not very skin friendly. You’d think any kind of liner on the inside would help w this.. but no liner.

Overall, I do like it better than my halo style chin strap.. but.. I’m definitely not in love w this thing. You’d think for the 50+ bucks spent on this thing - they’d be more diligent w the design and put some real thought into it.

I will not be sending it back bc I’m not going through the headache or hassle.. however, I’m not likely to buy again. There has to be something out there that fits better and will stay the hell out of my eyes.

The chin strap works fine . I do wish you made one that does not cover the ears . It makes it a little uncomfortable sleeping . Mabe a hole on the sides for your ears .

If you have jaw drop issue, this chin strap will help eliminate it. The updated model is significantly more comfortable to wear at night, i would recommend this product to anyone. It’s well built, you can see time and effort was made to make this durable long lasting solution for those that have jaw drop issues.

This is a lot more effective than other chin straps I've used. It holds my chin up without pulling it back. It also stays in place with my beard than others. It is not made from neoprene, so doesn't smell bad like the neoprene ones I've used before. It can be a little tricky to find the right placement of the Velcro to keep your mouth closed without feeling like you're clinching your teeth.

The headgear does not fit. I sent two messages through the website, asking how to return it. Both messages were ignored.
