Advanced purchase of Antminer L7. Delay was due to Bitmain and once released the miner arrived as expected and in great condition. They have very good communication and will resolve issues the best they can. Will definitely do business with them again. Thanks Tim!

Miner is great, took 2 weeks longer than expected to arrive, but that had to do with a COVID scare in Hong Kong. I would buy from them again.

We purchased a number of high end miners from ECM. While it took the manufacturer in China longer than we expected to actually produce the units, ECM kept us informed and as soon as our hardware arrived from China it was immediately shipped to our mining facility. The staff has been easy to work with. We will utilize them again in the future.

Had a phone call with Tim to go over what I was looking for, and to get a feel for ECM in general. Proceeded to Pre-order a miner. Had to check in from time to time to get a status, and communication was always short, but to the point with no fluff. Miner was shipped by them right after they received it into their warehouse and arrived undamaged and is hashing away. I would recommend them.

Ordered a Bitmain Antminer L7 back in August and finally got it. Not ECM fault, its Bitmain for taking forever to release these. Was supposed to be released in November but got pushed back to Feb-Mar. Will definitely order from ECM again when I am ready to buy another asic miner.

Before I purchased, I read the reviews on this site, Reddit, and a popular Youtuber's forum. It felt different than the rest. I couldn't find any honest reviews that said this place is not legit.

ECM was on the ball. They worked with me through some wire transfer difficulties I had at my new bank. They even bank, with a national bank, in their business state. Running a business myself, this speaks to me. What kind of internet thug would register a legitimate business in their state?... Then sign up for a federally insured bank account?... Then answer your call and be proactive about communicating with you to ensure you got the best service possible?

They checked in to make sure my miners were working as expected and making me tons of money. Heck yes, they are.

If you are unsure, give these folks a call. Ask them all the questions you have and express whatever concerns you feel as well. These guys are 100% legit. Their website may not be the same quality as Nike's but who cares? Let's buy some miners and build this beautiful crypto community, my friends!

Not always the best price but are always very close/competitive with others. I have no problem paying a tiny bit extra for the excellent service they provide.
I use several US based vendors and I was introduced to ECM several weeks ago and they are quickly climbing my list as my go to vendor. It's been so easy working with them that I can literally place my orders and they handle all the logistics for me so I can concentrate on other things.
I will say there was an issue with a miner purchase where I thought I was ordering the 1.287 D7s but it turns out they were the 1.111 D7s - ECM contacted me immediately and offered to cancel the order or provide a refund for the difference. I feel so comfortable with ECM that I just left the $ with them to use as a credit on my future orders.
Furthermore, I was placing an order for ECMs last remaining L7s at the time but due the dollar amount, the bank wouldn't let me wire the money without coming in and provide additional documentation and due to a banking holiday and weekend I wasn't going to be able to wire the funds for several days. ECM was more than accommodating and worked with me to reserve the miners until I could get the funds transferred.
I could go on and on - but seriously, nothing but great things to say.

When it comes to asic miners, these guys are the best I have ever dealt with. Kind, responsive, reasonably priced, all RELIABLE. If they say they are going to do something, you can count on it. Many thanks guys for all you have done for me.

This was my first time buying ASIC miners and I was very hesitant because it was a lot of money to me. Tim answered every question I had and then answered some of the same ones over again. I wired the funds and a few weeks later I had my miners up and running. While waiting for my miners I had more questions, and right away Tim was answering them. Once I got my miners up and running I had some questions and concerns and their team was already working on it. To be honest I wasn’t sure what service I was going to get but I have been really happy with what I have got and how I have been treated. These guys deserve your business and I plan to give them more of mine in the future.

Absolutely fantastic group. Communication was on point. They gave updates as things progressed. My S19j Pro showed up a week sooner than I was expecting. Actually, beat my electrician who is scheduled for Monday. I am very impressed. I was beyond nervous about sending $12000+ to a company I knew little about and I will gladly be sending them more money for more miners as soon as finances allow. September-October '21 has the world experiencing supply chain issues but I still got my Canaan 1146 pro within the estimated 4 weeks. Got exactly what I payed for and am very happy.
