Buying an ASIC miner can be scary, there are a lot of scams out there and these devices are not inexpensive. Buying a used ASIC miner is perhaps even more scary, but Tim and ECM made the process as easy as possible

- Support after the sale: My first machine was damaged in shipping but they took care of it right away.
- Advice: Tim was able to advise me on what hardware was most able to meet my requirements and would be the most reliable as well.

Purchased from this company as they are in the states and actually located less than an hour from me. Super friendly and helpful. Very communicative. They had the order shipped to them and were kind enough to send me the tracking info for their order from overseas. They received the miner, tested it, checked for viruses, cleaned it (ultrasonic), and replaced the fans. I also received a brand new Bitmain PSU. L3+ miner looks brand new.

Now that I have found a trusted vendor in the states, I will only purchase from them. A+ vendor.

Prices are good but the service and support is excellent. They stand by their name and go out of their way to show you they appreciate your business. It is refreshing to find a company that treats you with respect and looks for ways to fix a problem instead of avoiding problems.

I was terrified of getting scammed in this arena. I did a lot of due diligence on East Coast Mining before I made my purchase. To be honest, I finally settled on them because of geography, they're in NC and I'm in SC and I figured if they scammed me I'd be close enough to hunt them down.
However, it was a great transaction and went as smoothly as I could ask for. Tim and Daniel are quick to respond and thorough on their answers.
I'm planning another purchase with them very soon.

I have been in the crypto space since 2019 and with all that has been going on in the world I decided to dabble in mining.

This seemed very overwhelming to me and I was referring to a lot of forums to try to find information on reputable distributors. Some sites also had very poor customer service reviews and I wasn’t willing to use eBay. That’s when I stumbled on ECM.

Tim was quick to call and assuage my fears and doubts I had. The team here is very knowledgeable and patient. I understand some people are off put about certain payment systems but these gentlemen put me at ease. Every step of the way I was always receiving information and they were quick to answer my questions and I was even saved from almost destroying my unit!

I bought a couple ASICs off Alibaba and I immediately had problems.
I contacted the guys at East Coast Mining and told them my story.
I brought my machines in to get looked at and they knew immediately what was wrong.

Rather than make a quick buck they told me the truth about my first machine that it would cost more to try to fix than it was worth but my other they could fix, and the price was fair.

I'm sure I'll make many more buying mistakes and I hope they're ready because they've got a customer for life.
