Seeing some good reviews on here about ebaysuppliers, I decided to give them a try. I purchased a stainless steel pond hose, which they say has been posted ParcelForce next day. They gave a tracking number, but the Parcelforce/Royal Mail tracking site says the tracking code is not real! This has got to be a scam website and I will be going to Paypal for a full refund!

Thank you for your review. If I remember correctly, there was a slight delay with Royal Mail on this delivery, but we’re pleased to see that your order was successfully delivered. We apologise for the delay and appreciate your patience and understanding.
I must admit once I had put order in and it went through twice, I was worried. But I what's app them and they replied and gave me a refund and I had metal shelving within the week. I am very impressed with the shelving as is as described very sturdy. So would like to def give them some positive feedback.

First delivery got lost in transit but, after one phone call, a replacement was sent out immediately and arrived next day. Very pleased.
