I received great customer service

I received great customer service. The Eclipse team went above and beyond to assist and guide me through my purchase from abroad. I would highly recommend buying from them.

Not impressed

allowed me to order an out of stock item - they claim due to website error.

We are sorry you felt that you had a bad experience with your order and the subsequent refund process.

We sincerely regret that the item you ordered was listed as available when it was actually out of stock. This was an oversight on our part, and we acknowledge the error in our stock management system. As soon as we discovered the mistake while preparing your order, we promptly contacted you over the phone to explain the situation and inform you that a refund would be issued as a courtesy.

Regarding the payment process, we understand your frustration with the delay in receiving your refund. Once the payment is captured by our payment processor, we rely on their system to process the refund, and the speed of the refund is unfortunately beyond our direct control. We did advise that if the payment was not in a pending state, it could take 3-10 working days for the refund to be credited back to your account. However, we acknowledge that the 4-day timeframe for the refund to reach you may not have met your expectations.

Brilliant deals, 1 box did arrive slightly damaged

Very quick delivery, brilliant deals.

Only "complaint" is that one of the collection boxes ordered had damaged corners. Since the box was the exact width of this, I assume that is why it happened.

I am intending to open it though, not keep it as a collectable for the future, so I saw no need to contact/ resolve.

My only suggestion is to package a bit more carefully.

I will still buy from in the future and this has not put me off.
