Ordered a printer - Cannon via amazon - was marked shipped and delivery date given only to learn there is a delay and now a problem with my order. UPS is showing shipping label created waiting on the shipment. this company did not use UPS to ship. they never delivered the product - SCAM alert. do not buy from this company - FRAUD. fake - Horrible.

No Printer
I placed an order for a popular HP laser printer because our business printer failed. Ecommerce Business Prime showed it as "In Stock" at their Amazon storefront, so I placed the order and my card was charged. They advised me that the product had shipped through UPS. The provided tracking number did not indicate that there had actually been a shipment, only that there had been a shipping ticket created. When I questioned the eCommerce agent, she said UPS had lost the shipment and that I would receive a refund in 24 to 48 hours. Is this company "borrowing" buyers funds by charging for products they don't have? Scam?

Five Star Online Purchase
Bought a brand new wireless Lexmark for HALF what other retailers wanted. Ordered it at 9am in Fort Worth and UPS just dropped it off the very next day. And it is a real beauty. This is a well run shop.
