The best. Easy interaction and fast delivery.

The package took about 1 month and a half to be delivered!! Not even items that I order coming from China take that long to be sent... And not even an email or a msg to keep me updated about the status on my order!

Besides that, everything was ok. the order arrived and in perfect conditions.

delivery postponed

The delivery was postponed 3 times. Initially due to lack of stock. And i was only informed when i proactively called EDEL optics.
Later on, edel optics mentioned 2 delivery dates but missed both. When contacted it was mentioned that due to the Holiday season, this could happen. I don't understand why did a delivery date was communicated.

Later on i expressed my discomfort and the suggestion was to sent back the article, it doesn't seem a correct way to apologize.

Unfortunately we have not been updated by our supplier/the producer of your sunglasses, therefore we were not able to give you an exact date of delivery. The production of your sunglasses has been prosponed twice which we have informed you about, as we can only pass on the information from the producer to you - we have no influence on the production schedule of the producers.

this store provides not only a great online service but also a good costumer support. I received my product before the estimated date!

Good but with some lack of information in the beggining. But in the end, everything worked out!

First order had some problems with the information.
But when everything was straight out, I received my order correctly and on time.
The glasses are not from italy but in fact, they're really similar to the originals.

The frame that you have received comes from Luxottica Italy, the official supplier from Polo glasses in Europe. If you are not totally satisfied with the quality, you have 30 days to send us the product back for free and get a full refund.
