Company Application Preferences: Some companies prefer candidates to complete applications directly on their website or via their Applicant Tracking System (ATS). This makes it challenging for us to know whether candidates have completed the process on their end.
To prevent any drop-off in applications completed on the customer's site, we send a confirmation email to candidates, encouraging them to complete their application on the company website, if they have not done so. poor hiring experience
I paid for a job posting which produced dramatically worse results than I'd expected. When I notified the company and requested a refund, I was met with dysfunctional contact information and demands to waste more time in meetings with the firm rather than a simple refund.

My email address was put on suppression list unexpectedly
My email job alerts stopped working for a couple of months. After I raised a ticket with your support, it is found that my email address was put on a suppression list. I wasn't aware of this change and wondering what email setting could have been wrong in my profile for a while. It would be great if this suppression could have been communicated to me before it was implemented.
