My youngest daughter really wanted a new 3-D printer after playing with one of her friends house. My brother has been 3-D printing for years and mentioned that a new ELEGOO was coming out. We pre-ordered and waited and have been extremely delighted with how well the printer works. I would recommend it to anyone looking to get into 3-D printing.

Elegoo is fast on shipping items, but half my spools are bent I wish they would move to plastic spools and i think this would solve the issues i see

My new printer would not work. Tech support was responsive. When problem was found, elegoo replaced my printer.

This is the first printer I have owned that I can just print. I didn't have to worry much about messing with details, just did the initial calibrations and printed. I didn't even re-level the bed until I had been printing for 30 hours of print time. There is so much solace into not having to worry about the mechanics and all the minutia, I can enjoy finding or making a print file, then just print. They knocked it through the park with this one, and I would highly recommend for someone just getting into printing.

the last 2 printers that i had from Elegoo, are the best printers of this kind that i ever try, the carbon copy are the best by now, i wish you could make those with 4 heads or 4 needles for 3mf...

The printer prints great, but I'm giving two stars because all mention of an AMS system have been removed from the website and I fear it won't happen

Excellent product quality, both with mt Centauri Carbon and filament.

The printer is good (too good for my skils) works very well. The only minus is that domt have a cover in the front to protect the screen and power button from accidental spill of resin

After 6 weeks of emails back and forth with 1 week delays in between, I was given a box of parts to replace my motherboard, hot bed, and driver, rather than simply exchanging my printer.

Sent item without power cable, customer service treated me like a thief for trying to rectify the situation. Will not be purchasing from them again.

Printer and material are great. When I wanted to buy more filament and resin at the Elegoo US website. The methods of payment are very limited and they will not take P.O., so I have to place my material order for the school year 2025-2026 with another supplier.
