Great service and quality products
I don’t understand the negative reviews. Yes, the tracking number arrives late, but the order does arrive on time. Everything was clearly explained by Stan and Garret from customer service. I highly recommend Elite Soccer Store.

Terrible
I ordered 2 x kids football shirts.
1x orange Real Madrid shirt mbappe 10 on the back
1x blue man city shirt haaland 9 on the back
The Mbappe came with a no.9 on the back not what I ordered.
I would expect no matter what we require on the back it gets delivered as I ordered.
I received no order confirmation had to chase the company that they had my order.
Was never advised that as the orange Mbappe shirt was 2024/2025 that it come as No.9 they can't change this as he only became no.10 for 2025/2026.
No communication about this and I can't get a refund.
Steer clear of this company you dont know when or what you may receive.
No communication you dont get what you order.

I placed an order on 6/11/25 and money has been taken from my account. I have received no confirmation order and also unable to access my account as email not recognised. I have used the contact form twice but have had no response from them. I fear that this site is not legit and I have been conned
