A COMPANY THAT USED TO BE GOOD...NO QUALITY OR CUSTOMER SERVICE ANYMORE.
My parents have ordered photo albums with Hofmann since I was a kid. We always loved the quality and service and we completely trusted this company to print all our memories.
Until now. I ordered an album for my boyfriend's 30th birthday, gathering his life pictures. What a disappointment when the album arrived. It looked like it was printed in a rush. Many pictures moved, no straight borders, bad quality paper, different background colours to the ones I chose. I felt ashamed to give this gift to my boyfriend. It made me really sad as I couldn't get a replacement on time for his birthday.
Anyway I emailed them. Explained my deep concern about the album's quality and my disappointment, and attached pictures of the errors. I fairly requested to have one more copy sent over to me matching the standards I paid for.
2 EMAILS, 1 MONTH AND A HALF...AND NO REPLY FROM THEM. COULDN'T THEY CARE LESS ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS?
I contacted them AGAIN, via chat, had to go through all the situation and provided every detail. Eventually I got my money refunded. Never ever buying from them again.
P.S: When I asked them via chat why they wouldn't they reply my emails, they didn't have any answer...
Huge disappointment...
