New EposNow till.
I have been working on adding a new EposNow to our establishment, time critical. I needed help in setting up this new location. Ryan Egan has been my point of contact for this. Great service and support from Ryan and done an excellent job in assisting me with this tricky project. Thank you
Upgrade from old till system to Epos Now
We needed help to upload our stock lines in order to start using our new Epos Now till system and had to transfer overnight from our old system to our new Epos Now system.
We received excellent support from Rhys Sturgeon as a result of which we had minimum down time and an amazingly smooth transition to the new system for the shop staff.
We now benefit from the ease of operation of the system .
and the detailed reporting available on all aspects of the business.

After a rocky start with our original trainer going off sick Henry stepped in and saved the day. He has a perfect manner for the training, he is patient, listens and explains things really well. Thanks Henry for making me believe I can finally get my head around the Eposnow system.

Great back up service. Friendly call staff who keep at it until problem solved. Also given email address should problem reoccur so that you get the same operator so saving time going through what you have done before.
Had problems with my printer and Jack Mutton couldn’t of helped anymore.
Rang back within 2 minutes and sorted straight away.
