We were missold the PDQ integration

The tills seem to be a good system however we were missold the integration with the PDQ payment terminal and therefore had to be compensated.

Weird that such a 'huge' company with '30,000' customers in their portfolio and they don't support PDQ integration as advertised - hopefully, they'll be bringing this feature in the future, but as of yet still no Payment Terminal integration as promised

The matter of integrating with a merchant provider can be complicated and while there is still work to do with the particular merchant in your case, we do integrate with a number of other providers without issue. In short, a great number of our 30,000plus customers use our solution in conjunction with a PDQ (or similar) device of some kind every day.

We had a problem starting our till

We had a problem starting our till, I phoned the team at Epos Now and was put through to Andrea who was very helpful and knowledgeable she took remote control over the till and fixed the problem very quickly. Thank you

initial impressions

The sale was friendly although misleading . I was told I could use another device/app to monitor and make changes...you can but cannot access the till front to see what your changes look like...that'll cost you£499!
The back up service is slow to access but1st rate when you talk to someone.
The only niggle is the questioning when a broken piece of hardware needed replacing.
Thesystem is not operational as yet but looks promising...I'll review again when it's up and running

Fantastic customer service!

Ryan E was SO helpful in resolving a query. He was clear, quick and showed me step by step how to do something. Even when he was unsure he went and checked first, tested and then showed me how. I couldn't have asked for better customer service!

Rhys phoned me today about an issue we’ve had for a couple of months now. It was a tricky problem, but Rhys thought out side of the boxed and fixed it for me where others had failed.
