Fantastic desk and fantastic service! Very happy with my Hybrid standing desk. Want to call out and give my gratitude to Elaine who has been very helpful throughout the sales and delivery process. Elaine’s advice and support for choice of desk, delivery and the install is second to none. Highly recommend this company.

Fast delivery - excellent communications great products

Great service all-round. Only recomendation would be to make the instructions a bit more detailed as it was hard to tell which way some parts of the table go. Appreciate the phone call in regards to setting up a shipment date also.

A well made, well packaged product. We now use four Ergo Desks in our house. Their customer service is outstanding, I have not experienced better communications and after sale help from any company regardless of the product. I throughly recommend Ergo Desks.

I ordered a corner standing desk from Ergodesk. I love it. Seems really well made, good quality too. Elaine reached out to organise dates for installation and answered my questions. Installation chap was very friendly and set up everything with no bother and explained how everything worked.
Hopefully I won't need to order again as it looks like this will last me a long time but I'd certainly recommend.

Great communication

Great customer service. Requested samples came promptly.
Desk delivered quickly after order. Came with good assembly instruction. I needed to add a few additional drill holes to secure components is only reason why not giving five stars. Finished desk works great though is quite heavy but solid. Love to watch it moving quietly to my pre-programmed settings.

Well made with a wide height adjustment range. Be careful when you first press the release peddle, it is a tad ...springy! A little expensive but you get what you pay for. Solid and well made.

Excellent product and customer service! The desk itself is very solid and quiet in operation, the height is easy to adjust and also to set at preferred high/low positions, and the installation was very quick and professional. Well done to Ergo Desks!

Really happy with the desk. Order processed quickly and desk delivered within a week. Paid for assembly at home, done quickly and efficiently. Desk is great quality and no issues so far.

Fast delivery, quality product, good value for money.

The labels used in the Ergo Desks assembly video did not match those in printed instructions from the manufacturer (a different company): every component was labelled incorrectly by one letter, e.g. A should have been B, etc. Some of the instructions were also unclear. This meant assembly took much longer than necessary.

SO so happy with my new desk! Feels luxury, high Quality, took a while to build but once it was all setup and working - It was worth it.. I can sit or stand now at my desk :)
