Poor quality and service
I have placed an order for an MBA level paper. The quality was very poor and it took me hours just to provide my initial comments back to the writer. I told the customer service team that I will only want to pay the writer 50%. They promised to get their managers to investigate and to get back to me but they didn't. I thought this is a good platform but I am wrong. Very disappointed.

On a positive note, the company did follow up. They offered me a full refund and discount on future order.
