I had a problem with a product, and tried to contact them over a month ago. Very disappointed, and I find it weird they don't even have a proper email to contact them.
Will not be buying from them again, and certainly not recommending.
I bought your Organic Advent Tea Calendar for a friend. She loved it, but we were both very disappointed at how much packaging was used – especially a) plastic tea bags! each b) individually wrapped in a small plastic bag.
I buy organic to try to be a bit more sustainable, but feel like my choice (and your website’s claim to sustainable practice) is made a mockery of when organic tea comes in plastic tea bags.
