Great Quality Headphones

Always fantastic products. Owned the ATH-M50XBT for probably around a month now and they are far superior to any other brand of headphones I've owned. They are comfortable to wear for long durations of time, I use them when I'm gaming or watching movies and they always provide constant high quality audio. The long battery life is great.

These are really easy to pair with devices, so far ive connected them to my phone and a Bluetooth transmiter with ease. I can't tell the difference between audio from the aux input or Bluetooth myself.

The headphones are really sturdy, you can feel the quality of the materials used in the headphones when you're holding them.

I'm so pleased with them I got a family member a pair as a birthday gift!

Audio Technica produce top tier headphones I'd recommend anyone to purchase!

really nice sound quality and comfortable feel. I wish you had a controller on the cable though, for adjusting the volume and pausing/skipping songs

Perfect experience until the moment the part was shipped. I had no idea where it was, how to track it, when it would arrive. please do something about it a tracking number has become the standard now...

Perfect experience until the moment the…

Perfect experience until the moment the part was shipped. I had no idea where it was, how to track it, when it would arrive. After a couple of weeks I contacted their customer service asking about the whereabouts of the turntable. They told me the delivery truck told them I had refused the delivery. AT customer service assumed I had really refused the delivery. It is quite common that the delivery companies take a dump on the great customer experience originally provided by the goods providers. After confirming that yes I wanted the turntable, I fell again in the unknown about its whereabouts until I got a paper slip saying "we missed you, we gave it to the neighbour." The turntable is great :) but please, do something about delivery quality. At least a tracking number has become the standard now...

The hinge of my new headphones broke after just one day of light use but customer support was great in organising pickup and repair for free.

Delivery was delayed

Delivery was delayed, but I wasn't told an updated expected delivery date. Perhaps this is more so the fault of the delivery company than Audio Technics itself. Products arrived in good order and time. Product itself is not yet tested

Good product poor shopping experience

The website is sleek and easy to shop. After the purchase, however, I've received an invoice but no information whatsoever regarding the shipping, no tracking number, not even the carrier. A couple of days later I received failed delivery notes from TNT and after contacting them I found out that the package was from Audio Technica. I also found out that the carrier wouldn't be able to deliver outside my working hours. I contacted the sales from Audio Technica to redirect the delivery, to which I received no response. After a couple of days I decided to contact the carrier myself and sort it out. I'm giving 3 stars because their products are really good, but the shopping experience was terribly poor.
