Terrible service
I've been traveling with eurolines for over a year now and the company has gone from bad to worse. Most of the drivers don't speak English, throw your bagage around like it's garbage and give very little information about what's going on. They have no problem delaying your journey by a couple of hours if it saves them money. Sometimes the toilet stays locked for the entire journey and drivers will yell at you if you ask them to open it up. As for communication; their 24-hour emergency line does not get answered. Their daytime lines get answered by a menu giving you the choice out of four different languages, but whatever language you pick the phone gets answered by someone who speaks only French. This is a company that truly has no regard for customer service.
