Terrible Customer Service

I ordered a pole mat on the 10th February 2017. On 21st February, I sent a (very friendly) email, asking if there was an estimated delivery date. I even apologised for being impatient, and said I was just so excited to receive it. I had a reply which read "mats take 3 weeks to be made to order". Not exactly a friendly response, but I was totally fine with the 3 week wait, so I continued waiting. On 10th March (4 weeks after ordering), I sent another email asking if there was an estimated delivery date, and had no response. On the 15th March, almost 5 weeks after ordering, I sent another email asking for a refund, so that I could order elsewhere. Still no response. I then posted in a pole group on Facebook, asking if anyone else had any experience with the company, and had over 100 comments from people saying they had ordered things that had never arrived, some of whom had got their money back, and others hadn't. Some people had even had to go through solicitors to get their money back. I then posted on the company's Facebook page, warning others not to order from the company. Within 10 minutes, I had been blocked from the company Facebook page, and had received a rather abusive email from the owner of the company, Laura Ashton. If I had received an email saying "sorry for the delay, I'll contact the factory and find out what's happened for you", that would have been fine. But instead, I got abuse. She said in the email that the mats are shipped direct from the factory, so it is impossible for her to know that I hadn't received my order. (Obviously the several emails that I'd sent her, informing her that I hadn't received anything, weren't evidence enough!) Surely any genuine company would have a process in place so that they would know when customers' orders had been shipped, and could chase up any that hadn't?! After opening a PayPal claim, (and after lots of pretty nasty emails!) she finally sent me an email saying that the mat had been sent via overnight carrier, and would arrive the next day. Amazingly, the mat did arrive (18th March), and is actually a decent mat. However, I am certain that I would never have received the mat if I hadn't opened the PayPal claim, and I wish that I had been able to cancel the order, to stop such a rude, nasty woman from making a profit. Her customer service leaves a lot to be desired, and her processes need reviewing. I really would not recommend ordering from this company if you actually want to receive your items!!!!

Terrible Customer Service! Never again!

Goods that I ordered have not come. I had given the correct address, paid for the stuff, but it was not delivered. The problem was, due to the seller (a woman called Laura) an incorrect address. One month after the purchase I asked the seller to ship my stuff again, she said I have to wait for the goods to return to her and asked me to pay the shipping costs again! I refused and gave the seller the time to return my money or to send me the stuff again on her costs. Did not help and 2 months after the purchase I had to open a dispute on Paypal, where the seller called me a LIAR! Paypal returned my money in few days. I absolutely don't recommend to buy anything from this woman!

horrible customer service, purchases that never come

I made one order at everythingpoledancing, of 5 items, but they decided to divide it in two dispatches without asking me, so the first one was delivered quite fast, but 2 months passed and I am still waiting for the second one. When you write them - there is no answer, only once, after 4 emails they told me "your packade is on the way". No tracking number, no "we are sorry". The quality of products is good, but never again. I prefer paying more but receive for what I have paid!

Terrible customer service

Absolutely atrocious customer service. Blocked from their facebook store page after emailing their sales address to find out why an item worth several hundred pounds had not arrived.
Ended up getting a refund through paypal as the owner of the site refused to communicate through any medium.
I would honestly recommend avoiding buying things from them for the time being.
