Incredibly unprofessional email from Sales Director

I was cold-called by the Sales Director of Evode Group. When I said it was not of interest and ended the call I received this email from the Sales Director:

"Dear Whoever you are

You returned my cal. Initially
I rang for a genuine trade enquiry and I understand that you were not able to help which is actually understandable.

How ever customer service needs to be improved. The fact that you hung up is not only unprofessional but quite frankly damn rude.

I truly hope that your business actually suffers as a result of this through karma."
