The delivery time wasn't too bad…

The delivery time wasn't too bad considering it comes from America.
However, I've been using the system with the gels bought first (didn't know tray wasn't included so ordered tray separately!) For 2 weeks and not seen much difference unfortunately and that's with the 35%.
I also keep reading that these led lights are a gimmick and wont actually help teeth whiten. Apparently it's got to be UV lights that work.

Arrived within a couple of weeks

Arrived within a couple of weeks. So lovely to only have to wear for 90 minutes with excellent results. Much less sensitivity than other products.

Complaint

Hi I am really upset I ordered gels on the 26th sep, I did not receive my order. For the last 2 months I have been sending emails asking for a refund, and my emails are being ignored. I am really upset with the way I have been treated. All I want is my money back please. I hope you reply now as this review is public. I hope you do the right thing and refund me
