The process was very easy and quick. We just selected the base canvas from their collection (dinosaurs are always a hit) and included the photo we wanted to insert. We were easily able to review and approve the draft thru email. Then it was just a matter of receiving the finished print. Our grandsons loved it (they have nothing else like it) and the quality of the print is A1!!

I bought this for my granddaughters 5th birthday as she loves unicorns. It was worth every penny. The quality is excellent and it looks so realistic. I would definitely recommend this company.

Bought for my brother, he became a granda for first time. Looked like he was actually holding his grandson under the moon. Amazing and we both love it. Brother doesn't like things on his walls but he put this up straight away

Our grandchildren loved their portraits. Hers (age 5) was running with a unicorn and his (age 3) was running from the dinosaur. They were thrilled with them! We are very happy with the finished products!

I absolutely love it. It's for my daughter's 12th birthday and her bedroom is done in a beach theme with one wall that has butterfly's on it, the picture I had you make has butterfly's in it. I know she is going to love it as much as I do, thank you so much!!!

The picture came out beautiful! My niece will love it! Her birthday is a few months away yet, I just wanted to make sure I had it in time.

My granddaughter loved this picture! She is 2 and her favorite animal at the zoo is the elephant! Her new portrait is unique and a keepsake!

Absolutely thrilled with our Unicorn canvas. We bought it for our Granddaughters bedroom, but her Mum and Dad were so over the moon with it that it is now in pride of place in their lounge, they didn't want to hide it away in the bedroom. Whole experience was very smooth and canvas was well packaged when it arrived. Will definitely order again, just need our latest Granddaughter to be a bit older.

I ordered two pictures on separate occasions, the mermaid and the moon in the clouds. Both are just magical and the grandchildren love them.
I notice some reviewers have experienced poor customer service. This was not my experience - in fact a great deal of care was taken at the proof stage and the pictures arrived well packaged. Fabulous is just the right name for this company.

It is awesome my daughter will love it she doesn't get it till may 3rd thats her birthday.

I ordered to have a Wonderland Newborn picture of my granddaughter and I'm absolutely in love. I honestly wish I would have ordered a larger size because it's so PERFECT!!

I've been ordering these portraits for a few years now. I've gotten six so far. All are amazing, but I couldn't figure out a good background for the last one, so I FB messenger them at 2:00 am (I work nights) and a super nice person picked out the perfect background for the picture I sent him. It was awesome! I ordered it immediately. Now, today I'm struggling with the same problem, so I I contacted them by messenger again and they are helping me again. We have been texting back and forth several times and I have never had such awesome customer service with any other company. They have my business for life! 💖

I have ordered 3 portraits from this company and had excellent results. My last portrait was delivered with some noticeable lines but after reaching out to customer service it was quickly replaced.
I can't say enough about the product and customer service!

I ordered four or five of their portraits over the past year and have been incredibly happy with what I received. Therefore I have just ordered one more and I’m about to order another one. I highly recommend using this company. They do an excellent job.

Amazing product and out if this world customer service!

We ordered a unicorn portrait via Fabulous Portraits on December 15th, in time for Christmas.
We received an email, showing the artists improvement on our picture... which wasn't an improvement.
However, we approved it.
Instead of going with the approved design, the portrait arrived trimmed by about an inch on each side... missing out my grandaughter's legs!
We therefore needed to contact Fabulous Portraits to receive the correct (approved) design. While they had no problems emailing us several times before we placed or order, they have not replied since. I am therefore leaving this review to warn future customers. I hope it helps.
Their "contact" choices are email or an online chat.

Messages on the online chat are not seen until hours later (We see "delivered, not seen. We run on Chatra"), and a message is eventually generated stating, "The team will reply as soon as possible here in chat or by email. Please check your spam or promotions inboxes as well."
No emails arrive.

I have sent numerous emails to both try to explain their problem and receive a correct portrait, but have not yet received a single response.

I will now claim a refund via my credit card.
Summary: The disappointment of an incorrect portrait is not worth the risk, and the company does not reply to queries once a portrait has been sent.
