I received the download properly, but could not view it. After a short back and forth we figured out my Adobe subscription had lapsed. Soon as they directed me to the free "Reader" version, I was up and running. Great manual that has all that I need info-wise.

My original order was missing a critical piece of diagnostic and repair information. I reached out and the team quickly researched the issue and sent a replacement download link quickly. Awesome customer service!

Make sure you know these are not paper manuals. I am 73 years old and am not that familiar with digital anything. I would have thought they would have said they were digital in our chats but they didn't. So unless I want to print up over 300 pages, I'm out $70. Oh yeah, by the way, they refuse to give me a refund. Pretty rude in the email that said that.

Highly recommend these workshop service manual providers. After receiving a manual with issues in the Content Table I contacted their support. The following day a link to a revised manual was received which resolved my query. The manual is incredibly detailed and just what’s needed by anyone technically minded, working on their car.The manual cost less than the hourly rate for labour.

Overall good manual to have with a HTML and PDF version for information.

Pros: Can be easy to use to look up information.
Cons: There is a leaning curve to how you search for information. Example, you can't search (ctrl f) for front control arm. You have to search for suspension and it will provide the information you need. For a novice that may not know that a control arm is part of a suspension system this manual can be frustrating.

Factory Manuals reacted quickly to my questions before purchase and then after purchase. Pdf received is perfect with embedded links that work and well drawn images and schematics. In manuals without working links it is a pain to find where the link goes to in a 15000 page manual. My Mazda owners manual tells you absolutely nothing regarding servicing your vehicle (e.g. oil change), so this manual is a must have.

My tech support team member Alan was diligent to help me locate the engine data plate needed to order a proper manual for my vehicle. (It was buried in the trunk inside the wheel well of the spare tire!) I was about to give up trying to find it when he sent me a video to help locate it.

The customer service was great! I needed to download a manual I purchased a month ago. I sent the request and I received the manual the very next day. I really appreciate it.

They sent an unusable download, not a pdf. After a quick follow up, they sent me a pdf.

It has page breaks in the middle of diagrams, and the hyperlinks are not useful. TOC Poorly organized for a manual supposedly tailored to my VIN. I've purchased other PDF manuals before. This one is sub-standard and unusable. I don't trust that step 3 of an oil change is to drop the oil pan, which is the next page after step 1.

I was offered a store credit but no refund.

If I had known diagrams spanned multiple pages, and that the hyperlinks were poorly designed (on the following page from the actual underlined portion), I would have passed. Maybe someone else will see this caution and avoid the mistake I recieved.

Your gesture of goodwill was not appreciated. The manual is substandard and not helpful. If you want to review the oil change procedure, just look it up on the file you sent me. Well, one of the four.

I am not a satisfied customer, and (not that you care) will buy from this site again.

Easy to use website, simple payment and fast feedback

Please be careful. The company does not disclose what file types they will send prior to your purchase. I attempted to resolve admin at factory manuals and received a quick response. However, the response was you can pay $99 to receive it in a pdf. and very much the impression of you received a file and its your problem. I highly recommend using a different company that will provide support and fair customer resolution.

I base my review on (a) the comprehensive nature of the document provided by FactoryManuals and (b) the quick and professional customer service provided by their staff. I was very pleased with both of these. What kept me from awarding FactoryManuals 5 stars was the complexity of the product they provide.

After purchasing the manual, I was provided a link to download an RTF file with instructions on how to download the document. I am not sure why these instructions couldn't just have been in an email. It was tricky to get the RTF file correctly but I finally managed and it led to a download of an OVA file. I had never heard of this document format and I was told I had to download a reader. Then, it turns out that reader doesn't work on Mac computers so I couldn't open the file. Eventually, I was provided a link for the PDF version of the manual and that worked fine.

Throughout the extended back-and-forth the staff were quick to reply and helpful. It's just a bit frustrating that this process of getting a readable manual took so many steps.

Alan was very helpful in clarifying what I would receive. I did not know if I'd receive PDFs or other format. Received PDFs and HTML files plus indexes 24 hours after submitting my order. These were a large download, about 2 GB, via a link provided. Thank you Alan for being clear and straightforward.
