This is a scam.
You place an order thinking you are just making the one time only order and they continue to debit your card for further orders.
Contacting them is almost impossible as their contact submission form continualy says that an error has occurred and try again later.

Ordered 3 bottles & get 2 free ended up getting charged for the 5 they did nothing for me just lollies I think then sent me an automatic refill which I didn’t request had to wait for it to arrive then send it back at my expense the only good thing about them for me is they refunded my money within a couple of days

I ordered them then I ended up getting another order a few months later and it was automatically charged to my credit card. I was very disappointed this happened anyway I did contact them and they cancelled the future orders. I am taking them when I go to bed, I think it does hep me sleep and I think it helps with anxiety too as I am not feeling anxious these days. I am not sure of the benefits but it seems to help.

I to was scammed ,ordered 3 bottles and paid 369.75 then after 3months I the see a transaction for another 369.75 ,you can’t contact them ,it’s all a scam so I cancelled my credit card .Im sure the product is as dodgy as the company ,there is probably no cbd oil in the gummies ,just sugar.

I placed one order and found it didn't help. Over the next few months, I received another three parcels of these sugar crap things even though I tried to cancel. They have taken hundreds of dollars out of my account. I contacted my bank, but no help there. There is no place now to make contact or a website. These are con artists and thieves. Don't fall for their trap. I have blocked my account, but am going to have to go to the trouble of closing my bank account and opening a new one to rid myself of these thieves

I emailed the company and told them the product made me feel nauseous. They told me to return it (4 bottles) which I did. They are now making excuses about refunding saying that they had no record that I returned the product. I have been exchanging emails with them for months to no avail. It seems I have lost both my money ($369.75) and the product!

I have tried to cancel my repeat orders but emailing doesn't help. I called them, but they still charged my card again this month! I have had to cancel my card and get a replacement one.

I have had the same experience with this scam company. Originally paid 339.75 for 5 bottles of who knows what ???sugar, then 3 months later they deducted another $339.75 from my bank account with no authorisation. Sent the product back for refund. No response to any emails, no refund. Had to cancel my debit card. Westpac were of no help.

I finally received an email from the company and after I replied a couple of times, I was given a refund!
Persistence required. 😀

Its a scam.... promise 2 bootles for $69 and somehow at payment it turn out to $339 for 6 bottles.

This company is a complete joke,the offer 3 and 2 free,what a joke,they charge you for 5 I threaded them with the police and the scam line,why is a scam like this allowed to sell anything close them down right now disgusting and this in Australia what a disgrace

My husband purchased these directly online, and I was curious as to what was in them, but when I checked the label, they are nothing but sugar, and more sugar, nothing like the advertised 'white mulberry leaf' or 'juniper berry'...
He was charged 337.95 for 5 bottles of sugar gummies, not the advertised 'buy 3 and get 2 free' promotion, and when I tried to contact them online through the online 'bot', I was cut off, and haven't been able to contact again, as there is no number or email or any way of contacting them, which on itself is a red flag...
How is it with so many complaints, this company has not yet been shut down...?

Product supplied.was not product purchsed. Basically cbd oil and sugar. None of the ingredients or package as advertised. Been over a month now trying to get my money back but to no avail. Phone calls made - was asked to send photo of proof that it wasnt the correct product - did that and then CRICKETS. no response via email or phone. Waste of money.

Scam site. Price changes during the process of ordering.
The price increases for no reason and goes from tens of dollars to hundreds. Do not trust.

Don’t get sucked in.
They will not give you a genuine phone number (the one I got off the bottle has been disconnected), no physical address and no invoice or receipt, you have absolutely way of knowing where these are made - all lies are told online.
They have NOT been approved by the FDIA in the USA as they state.
You could be ingesting anything.
You’ve lost your money if you’ve bought these.
Unfortunately it’s a very expensive lesson, but again DO NOT TAKE these, god knows what’s in them, I saw somewhere that they’re made in India.

Be very careful purchasing these. I did because of the money back 60 day guarantee. Cost of $233 NZD for 2 bottles (2 months supply) tried for 1 month, completely noticed no improvement. Then tried to return but will only give me a P O Box to return the product. It is against Courier company Policy to accept parcels to P O Boxes - they require a physical address. I have emailed twice requesting one then went on their live chat and was given a different P O Box no. They cannot understand what Physical address actually means. The RMA returns form they emailed me then stated 30 day money back guarantee completely different to their website. They have no intention of refunding me for the unused bottle. The parent company is EARTH ROOT VITAMINS - beware don't buy unless someone you know has tried and personally recommends them. I think this is a bit of a have. Feeling ripped off - it's not like they were $30

Absolute rubbish product unless you want to purchase expensive jubes because that is all these are. I fell for this scam as have so many others as they are very convincing in advertising the relief of Osteoarthritis within 3 days, I paid well over $300 for 2 bottles and get 1 free as have many others. I have since seen the alleged original Doctor who was promoting the product, Fairy Farms Hemp Gummies Australia, she is now promoting other health products on Facebook. It is 100% the same woman. PLEASE NOTE: I have just noticed that they have taken 2 payments of $272.85 each payment (total so far 545.70) I have reported to my Bank and completed a scam report to ACCC.

Be aware of this company! I went to place an order and they said my card declined, so I tried a second card which also their site said declined (both had $ there).
Therefore, I just closed the page cancelling my order. Next thing I know there were 2 pending payments from the 2 cards. I rang them immediately and attempted to have both orders cancelled, they would only do one and told me I needed to return the 2nd order to receive a refund (at my expense) even though they knew the order had not been processed let alone shipped. Next, 2 months later I see a further pending payment of $339.75, rang them immediately to be told I had hit the subscription button for a renewal which was absolutely untrue. I had it all cancelled though they refused to stop the payment, which they could have as the first time. They remained unmoved with my relaying my concerns until they finally refunded half the money with the 2nd half to be refunded once goods returned, again, at my expense. Dodgy company for sure, be aware please. Plus, the product does not work, they're just lollies.
