Really happy with Feno. The product does exactly what it promises, it feels well made, and it's become part of my daily routine without any hassle. I am pleasantly surprised at how much I like using the Feno system! It’s wonderful having all the teeth in the mouth brushed and cleaned at once! It took me much longer with a conventional toothbrush while still missing a lot of the hard-to-reach spots!

The Feno mouthpiece/toothbrush is amazing and fun to use! Your mouth feels so clean after just 20 seconds. I am really glad my daughters introduced me to it, and I invested in this. It truly is a keeper. I had to contact Customer Service, and they were off-the-chart exceptional. Health starts in the mouth. Please don't skimp on your oral care. Invest in Feno; you won't regret it!

I’ve been using Feno for a while now, and overall I’m very impressed. The concept is excellent, it’s easy to use, and my teeth definitely feel clean and fresh after using it. I’ll have a better idea of its long-term cleaning performance after my next professional dental cleaning, but so far I’m very pleased with the experience.
I did experience an issue with my device, but what impressed me just as much as the product was the way Feno handled it. Their customer service was responsive, helpful, and genuinely interested in making things right.
No product is perfect, but to me, how a company stands behind its product is extremely important. Based on both my experience with Feno and their customer support, I’m very comfortable recommending it.

I have been using this smart brush for the past eight weeks. Unfortunately, it stopped switching off about a week ago, so I contacted the support team by email.
They replied on the same day and were extremely accommodating. They arranged a replacement, which is due to be shipped shortly, and also provided me with a bonus as a gesture of goodwill. I was very impressed by their prompt and helpful customer service.
Although the brush did malfunction, I am very pleased with its quality and genuinely recommend the company. I have become so accustomed to using it that it is difficult to manage without it while waiting for the replacement. Compared with a standard sonic electric toothbrush, this smart brush is a complete game changer

Very quick, easy to use, and does a better job cleaning than I expected. Also they have great customer service.

Not only is the product great, but so is the customer service. The toothbrush helps your mouth actually feel clean, teeth look visibly whiter, and cuts down on the haggling when it comes to reaching the back teeth. The toothpaste flavor is great and clean. And when we had a small issue with the unit, Feno replaced it for us quickly. Highly recommend!

An excellent product with even better customer service. I had an issue and they were quick to resolve it and follow up to make sure I am satisfied. I notice a huge difference between using an automatic toothbrush vs using Feno, too such as my teeth feeling much cleaner.

Too hard to use. I just threw it in the trash. They want you to spend $8 to get some daily evaluation. I just want to brush my teeth.

It is not often that a product quality is matched by the level of Customer Service but Feno is the exception! My experience from the product and feeling of a healthy mouth to the oral health status to the customer service is second to none!

Ordered over a month ago and have yet to receive any information on my package. Also the tracking link on my package just stopped working and when I try to track it via the feno website, it’s says order not found. I am baffled by the lack of honesty and communication.

What I like most is how much easier and more practical it makes brushing your teeth, especially in everyday life when things need to be quickly. In the past, I sometimes forgot to brush my teeth properly because it felt like it took too long, or I simply brushed too quickly and not clean enough. With Feno, that problem is basically gone.

It is very fast, easy to use, and every time after brushing, my teeth feel extremely clean — almost like after a professional dental clean. Some of my friends are also really impressed by it because it makes daily dental care so much more convenient.
