The booking service is very clear and efficient.

In 2020, due to Covid all my ferry bookings were cancelled and I received a voucher to be used by December 2022. When in early 2022, having decided to rebook our holiday, I was able to use the voucher to pay for multiple new ferry bookings with very little effort on my part. I even received a 7 euro refund for the unused part of the voucher which was totally unexpected. Thank you for such efficient and easy service.

Despite the fact that the agency is service oriented, there are ambiguities in the info given. For example I was told that the eticket was sufficient to embark the GR-IT route. Nope, I was sent away to get a regular paper ticket. For the ships themselves, I think the Grimaldi ships are a disgrace while ANEK ships are in better shape. Anyway, it all depends on the passengers as well, unfortunately there are scenes on the ships that resemble poor countries. There are no rules, some crew are rude, some do their best and in general the hygiene could improve. Oh, the ships are always late, with many delays, very important to know.

Here briefly our experience:
- 30 min delay announced the day of the trip via a sms (not even three hours before)
- additional 30 min delay announced at the port
- additional 20 min delay before actual departure with a total delay of 1.20h from the purchased ticket
- the ferry arrived to our destination with additional delay...

Our experience was worsened by the fact that we paid an higher price compared to another ferry (with scheduled departure time one hour later) and we did not received any reimbursement/discount...

Moreover, we had to reschedule one of our ferry trips from Naxos to Piraeus and instead go from Naxos to Santorini. We wrote the company and within 2-3 days we were refunded the full amount from the travel we needed to rebook.

Business class lounge is the way to go! Very comfortable, didn't even feel like I was on the ferry. I had to change my online reservation a couple of times and they were very responsive and helpful.

Good experience with the four vessels that we used. However the boats a little bit old. Infrastructure for handicaped people is poor.
