Awesome Field Service and Dispatch Software

We are a fire alarm and security company with ten field techs and four office staff. We were previously using some in house developed software with a mix of excel sheet based operation. We tried number of other software over the years, but they just didn't fit our needs - either were too simple or just to convoluted to use and very expensive. Then one of my friends running an elevator company in the New York area introduced me to the Field Force Tracker software. He has been using this software for five years to run his business.

After using this software for the last one year, I can say that Field Force Tracker is a great software with very extensive set of features. It provides every thing for the customer management, dispatch, inventory and parts management, agreement management, invoicing and quotes etc. It has very good mobile apps that are easy to use. It has very flexible dispatch system with full google map integration. The best part is it has fully automated our invoicing and payment collection. This was the most time consuming part of the operation.

The company has been very responsive in support and responds to any query within minutes. It is very reasonably priced and very affordable for a small business. The company helped us in data imports and getting on-boarded. We highly recommend it if you want an affordable field service software.
