I recently moved out of Fitzgerald house and wanted to share my thoughts for anyone considering this rental. My experience was positive, had a great and the most amazing time. The location was perfect—quiet yet close to shops and parks. The house was spacious and very well-maintained, with a nice backyard for relaxing. The landlord(Laoise) and Renee were always responsive to any issues the housemates had, which made living there very easy. Overall, I highly recommend Fine Rooms for anyone looking for a comfortable accommodation.

I have had a positive experience living Manteca House. Both Laoise and Renèe are responsive, professional, and attentive to maintenance requests. The premises are well-maintained, and the community feels safe and welcoming. I would highly recommend Finerooms to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live.

Lovely house share in Watford and convenient living. My en-suite was very roomy and modern, I really enjoyed my stay there!

Nice, quiet and cosy for the 9 month, everything I needed in the room. Was able to save a lot and make good friends.

Stayed here for a year in Watford and the house was lovely. Great social space for chatting to housemates and the house had really easy access to Watford town centre. The landlady was always proactive and prompt at resolving any issues. I was really sad to leave as I loved the house and loved living in Watford. If it weren't for a new job I would have stayed longer!

Had a lovely 1 year tenancy at a house in Watford. Landlady really easy to communicate with, responded to any issues promptly and always provided everything my housemates and I needed. Lovely clean home - best house-share I've stayed at in Greater London, I can't imagine having stayed elsewhere during 2020 lockdown.
