Worth giving it a try
The application process is a bit complicated - eg don't log in using laptop and only login using your own phone for them to detect what SIM or eSIM they should send you; don't throw away the old SIM as you can reuse it etc. But once that's understood, everything just works. The global Sim works everywhere - tried a few countries in one go including in and out of China with google access. The support and support personnel was excellent whether it's over the phone or over the chat feature in the app. A bit pricey but if it's for business it's a no brainer - you got what you paid for. They also have a Mastercard deal that you'll get some free access if you have an eligible card and that's how I started my journey with them - check it out. Highly recommend.

Very useful and reliable, connection is easy and effective everywhere they have coverage. I am a pilot and I travel a lot, to lots of different places. Rarely some areas require different settings on the phone and in that case customer service is exceptional!
