They were perfect but it was obviously my fault for not reading the details properly as I was very disappointed that the frames had Perspex fronts rather than glass.

The frame is just what was wanted but full marks for the packaging as the delivery people were crap. They badly damaged the box without damaging the frame. They also left it on the wrong day, standing upright in front of my front displaying to all the world that I wasnt home and thst it could be stolen. The instruction s where to leave it were not followed. Good frame...very poor delivery

The bespoke frame was well made and came with a full fixing kit, and the two off the shelf frames look really good. All came with glass covering. Very happy with the results. Will use again.

Loved my frame. Had it individually made for my own measurements, and it was millimetre perfect! Really good quality, and so well packaged. There was no way that was going to get damaged in transit.
It’s now hanging in my home and looking fantastic. Great all round.
