Good service, great product, meh UPS.
The service was good, and the delivery was pretty fast. The products are 100% original and have great quality. The only downside would be the high tax from the UPS services and that they can delay the delivery, but the last may just be on my country.

We mention on our delivery info-page, as well as during checkout, that import duties will be charged if you order from outside of the European Union and the UK. Unfortunately, we do not have any detailed knowledge about (or control over) these duties, as they are charged by your local authorities. Import taxes are always the responsibility of the importer (unless clearly stated otherwise).

Super and quick service
The cap came in a box as to not mess with the shape of it. It also came much quicker then anticipated. It was supposed to arrive within 3 to 5 days and it arrived in 2. All in all excellent service! The cap was of very high quality!

Bad return policy
so i ordered 2 items to UAE but both items turned out too big for me so i wanted to return or exchange but they said i have to courier the item back myself which was costing me over 100Euros and not practical at all. Now i have 2 items that i cant use and money wasted.
