Disappointed !
I ordered an electric scooter that was late arriving. 6 phone calls later it was sorted to be delivered and arrived 3 days after with a puncture in front wheel.
Several phone calls and emails later, i still haven’t had my wheel sorted as for some reason they need a chassis number and want me to send my punctured wheel over first. I have been told an email has been sent over last week for a free postal return, but no evidence to back it up.
Extremely disappointed is an understatement as it’s now turned out to be a late , broken, and un fixed birthday gift that’s yet to be used

I purchased a mxr 1400 for my boy for Christmas, good customer service when ordering and arrived on time. As for the bike very happy with it and my son loves it. Have just had to replace the chain on it,as it had worn and stretched but parts and easily accessible and fairly cheap
