I got the instant account and the rules are not clear! They also pay out only in crypto which I don't like and wasn't told that until after the fact. This is the lowest prop firm I ever used

The review says it all! Used them a few months ago. Denied my payout, due to the so-called tick scalping rule which only occurred once when I re-entered a trade right after my last trade and that was 15s in between. All my trade duration are longer than 15s. Not sure how that violates the tick scalping rule.... They have another account on Trustpilot that has 50% 1 star review. Avoid them. I know too many traders got scammed by them....

To reply to the below comment; I reached out to their CEO, customer service and debate with them about how my payout was denied unfairly and the true definition of tick scalping. No replies, ignored my evidence….

It’s obvious to see why there are so many bad reviews on this firm.

After placing a trade on an instant funded account with my usual stop loss and take profit settings of a 1:2 RR I caught a crazy candle and the price action moved 140 pips in 13 seconds hitting my profit target and auto claim my trade.

I remember reading reviews of people saying payouts were declined for tick manipulation where you place large orders and attempt to make profit from micro price movements which I understand is an issue.

This is not what I did in any shape or form and I enquired with the risk team if this would breach my account, to which they told me it would and there is no way to appeal or dispute it.

Firstly, this is ridiculous as the trade was in no way a tick manipulation trade it was just a super high volume candle that price moved suddenly (out of my control) and secondly, no where on their site or terms and conditions does it make mention of this rule. The only reason I found out about this was from bad reviews online.

Clearly they will find any reason to block profitable traders from requesting payouts with no proper reasoning.

Save your money. Find a real firm that actually is transparent with their rules and doesn’t spring these types of things on you when you go to request a payout after weeks of work.

Fortunately I found this out after only 3 days of trading and only missed out on $5,000 of profit but I can imagine how many people put weeks of effort in to get shocked when they request a payout by some shady rule that is not clearly stated anywhere in their terms and conditions.

Save your money, go to a better quality firm who actually care about their customers.

I have read responses of “rules are rules and everyone is treated equal” to bad reviews, that is BS if the rules aren’t clearly laid out in the first place.

You’re right I misworded it, tick scalping. Like I said, when I place a take profit on my buy order it isn’t my fault if it hit that in 13 seconds.

And again, as mentioned, you talk about these transparent rules, please link exactly where it shows these transparent rules anywhere on your website prior to opening an account. You can’t because it doesn’t exist.

Got a funded x eval through ENTITY reccomending them and i can say i havnt experianced a prop firm like this one, 24/7 support,best spreads ive seen, clean dashboard and many more pros

I had a very disappointing experience with FundedX. They denied my payout, claiming it was because of a news trade — even though the news had nothing to do with the pair I traded. After that, they also blew my account unfairly. I followed all the rules and traded responsibly. Their support was unhelpful and didn’t give a clear explanation. Be careful before joining — not a transparent prop firm in my experience.
I already make video of the whole story and I already tell my trading community not to involve in that fraud company.

The fastest responding prop firm. Every single one of their support members are helpful and have fast responses. They actually take the time to help and understand ur problem. Not a single bad support experience with anyone.
Despite the bad rep from like years ago, fundedx at the state its at now is my #1 firm.

would you look at that, not even a few days after my review, they have completely erased their funded lounge channel in discord. what's their excuse gonna be? That it has been removed since august because when you search up the channel the only mention dates back to august announcing its removal.

Don’t waste your time or money…

This platform has the worst rules you could imagine after you get funded.. you will not receive a pay out, I made 20% on a 100k account, $20,065USD and got breached when requesting my pay out, I got breached for tick scalping, not holding a trade for more than 15 seconds before getting out of it..
The rules are geared towards the platform to pocket your money..
If I breached my funded account half way through making $20,065USD then why was I not told on the first mistake.
DO NOT TRUST THIS WASTE YOUR TIME, EFFORT OR MONEY.. When it’s too good to be true then it’s a scam.. trade with someone more reputable like FundedNext or FTMO they are more expensive but way more fair.

I want to tell everyone something: I was scammed with a funded account. I had only worked for one week, and my profit from last week — they “upgraded” and then reset everything, took payment from me, and now they’re bothering people like you. They keep confusing you by sometimes blaming the server or messaging the support team — that’s how they scam you.

This is all happening under a company called Funded X. The person who referred me is named Ruhi and is from India, but her mobile number is a UK number. So everyone, stay away from this scam — these people are thieves and not trustworthy.

The community is helpful. learned a lot from them.

I acknowledge that on my first funded account I exceeded three entries. on my second funded account I never placed more than three entries at a time. The screenshot you sent showing four entries is not correct.

If you stand by this claim, provide a video recording or full trade log as evidence. A single screenshot is insufficient and can be misleading.

I respect your rules, but I also expect fairness and transparency.

I want to share my experience to caution others. I purchased 4 challenges with FundedX, passed 2, and received a funded account. However, my account was later breached for reasons are false, and my funds were blocked.

Based on my experience, I advise others to be very careful and reconsider working with FundedX. Please share this with your network to prevent similar situations

Good service so far I have 2 100k phase 1s with funded x and halfway passed, yet to have a payout but checking some of these reviews the bad ones. It seems people only get breached if they go beyond there risk perimeter,

I have had my 10k account since April 2025. I got funded and finally got to my first payout in August, 2 weeks later my second payout. After my second payout, the very first trade I get on I position where I risked 150$, a fee of 160$. I write to their support, no answers. The second trade I open a position for 100$ and again the fee is ridiculous at 92$. Still no answer from support, which means to me, they are sabotaging my account since I've paid it off. Also right after my second payout I got logged out from Tradelocker on all my devices and had to log back in, which I also found suspicious but didn't think about it as much at the time.
So it was all good until my second payout and now they are sabotaging the account.

Take I look to the news and my trade, the trade its not closed during the news and its in the phase one and I dont have ideas if this is my trade they dont want me to send the account detalis where it is to know,
