The timing was ok but they basically put it in the hall and left. My reason for writing this review was to do with the state of the packaging. The box which it came in was ripped the cellophane which should have covered the package was hanging from the bottom. But they didn't offer any explanation. As yet I haven't opened the box so iam hoping that none of the pieces haven't dropped otherwise of the top.

Two very polite young men delivered my furniture into the room where it is gong to be used. They phoned thirty minutes before their arrival.
The company provided delivery details in advance.

The team that showed up, asked if we wanted them to install it or not which was strange as we paid for install. When they did install it the refused to set it up as requested and said they had to do it exact to the instruction even though in store they said it wouldn’t be an issue as they are designed to be laid out how ever you want. Lastly the left rubbish all over the front garden even though they said they would clear it. Very poor, had to reconfigure it our selves, no instruction manual left and we had to clear up after them. The parts we didn’t need to touch I had to connect properly as they had not aligned the links properly. I wouldn’t bother paying for the install.

Kept up to date with the order from first placement to final delivery. Excellent communication. The two delivery men were courteous and exceptionally helpful sending a 20 minute warning of arrival and delivery. Would thoroughly recommend this company. Thank you!

Men could have been more helpful , left a disabled couple with all the packaging on and having to try unwrap themselves and left with a pile of dirty packaging to get rid off , spoke to their authority in the phone and she hung up , terrible experience

Our order was delivered after the original delivery date then we opened the package there was a no 5 item missing ( a foot) plus all the screws and nuts and bolts plus no Allen key can you’re company help my self and wife who are in our 70s order no 001741964187 siesta swing costs thank you mr &mrs T Elvidge
