I was not msged or spoken to about my delivery date as first stated in initial email would happen. I only found outabout my delivery after spending an hour waiting in a que to be answered. I was told my delivery slot was between 7.00am and 10.00am. The day before i was told by msg it would be close to 7.00am. At 10am i had to msg the driver then promptly recieve a call stating my delivery would be in the next half an hour. It arrived at 10.45 nowhere near 7.00am. I suggest someone needs to go back to school to learn how to tell the time , to allow customers to get on with their day as planned and not waste time waiting for time slots you give and obviously cant and dont adhere to.
The delivery was only slightly outside the delivery window advised. Communications are a bit odd but once you realise you are expected to respond to the SMS messages and not the emails it seems to work. The delivery people delivered the items to the requested location at the side of my house. They were neither polite nor rude, neither friendly no unfriendly - they said very little but they did the job.
Box that garden chairs were in couldn’t fit through my front door or side passage into garden. Had to ask delivery man to take chairs out of box. He was not happy to do this but did it in end as no other solution.
Rang to arrange delivery and I missed the call. I replied an hour later to confirm when and they gave my slot away and said I then had to wait until next available slot when I already waited for weeks for item. Don’t exactly give people much time to respond.
Absolutely terrible service the worst I’ve ever had cancelled at the last minute then delivered a week later I received a table and chairs which every item was damaged don’t ever use this company who delivered for the range total disgrace of a company
Great communication. Was able to track the delivery and was called by the delivery company 10 minutes before arrival. Garden furniture was brought round to were I needed it. Will definitely use again
Delivery was late, I signed for two boxes un checked one of the garden chairs is damaged, I tried to contact you office no one is answering the phone
Delivery men are very rude and rushing. Not able to explain things to us, they were speaking in their regional language and wasn’t professional. Did not have shoe covers as we recently changed carpets and have to beg them to take off the shoes. did not allowed us to check because it was a faulty product left it with us.
Hi I would have given 5 but I had a nightmare with my first delivery as my daughter came to my house in the allocated slot for delivery and my furniture never came when I got hold of them my order hadn’t been loaded into the lorry but they delivered today instead which I was pleased about but the only thing now is I have no screws or Alan key in the box to put it all together I probably know it’s the the drivers fault but I am a bit disappointed I still can’t sit on my furniture as we can’t put it together

We had a garden furniture set delivered by this company. The packaging was completely soaked which caused the boxes to weaken . The feet had broken through the wet cardboard and one of the stoppers was missing from one of the legs . My husband asked one of the guys if, maybe the stopper could be in the van. He didn’t speak. Not once. He took a photo of the boxes and left without saying a word and didn’t even bother to check in the van.
