Customer service was non existent Furdeco gave me four delivery dates one after the other and every time cancelled delivery when tried to call them I was 66 in the q when I finally got through was told would pass it onto the concerns team ….. on one of the delivery dates I received a phone call at 7.30am telling me they were 10 mins away then got a text 19 mins later telling me they did not have my order on the van !!!!!!
