The delivery men notified me by text to say they were 10 minutes away. Very professional and brought it into the back garden
The delivery time slot was between 7 AM and 10 AM, and the item was delivered within this slot. The company notification said that as this was the first delivery, it would arrive close to 7 AM. It arrived at 8:35 AM, which was not an issue.
The two delivery agents were friendly and helpful. They even called on the way to notify me of their anticipated arrival time
However, when I contacted customer service the day before, I encountered a long queue and a lengthy wait, which included several disconnections that forced me to restart the process.
When my call was finally answered, I was met with a messaging system, and I had to go through the retailer to resolve the issue. In my opinion, this aspect of the service was poor.
